鱼利明语文教学艺术的实践与探索

【摘要】:名师是教师队伍中的佼佼者,几乎每个省市都有自己的代表人物,其教学艺术和知名度影响力为社会所认可。新疆中小学教师的代表人物是谁?其知名度和影响力如何?为何能够走出新疆?这是作为土生土长的新疆小学语文老师十分感兴趣的话题。鱼利明老师被称为“新疆小学语文第一人”,是一名具有十七年教龄的小学语文高级教师,现任乌鲁木齐市小学语文教研员,名师工作室主持人。本文选取在新疆乃至全国有一定知名度和影响力的优秀青年教师鱼利明作为研究对象,探究其小学语文教学艺术的实践与探索之路。本研究在相关教学理论、心理学理论、社会学理论的指引下,走进鱼利明老师的教学成长历程,分析影响其语文教学特点形成的内外部因素。运用课例分析法,探究鱼利明老师语文教学在文本体式、课堂教学结构、教学语言、教学板书四方面的艺术特点。希望通过鱼利明老师的个案研究,能够为新疆本土教师,特别是新疆小学语文教师的成长提供一些启示。论文具体研究内容如下:第一章主要介绍研究的选题缘由,国内外教学艺术相关论述,本文所选择的研究方法。这些梳理为本文研究理清了思路。第二、三章走进鱼利明的语文教学世界,分析其成长过程中对其产生重大影响的人和相关事件;梳理出鱼利明小学语文成长之路。第四章着重从教学设计、课堂结构、教学语言、板书四方面来分析和探究鱼利明独特的小学语文课堂教学艺术。第五章鱼利明教学实践和探索对新疆老师,特别是对新疆小学语文教师的启示。
[Abstract]:Famous teachers are the best teachers in the team, almost every province and city have their own representative figures, its teaching art and well-known influence is recognized by the society. Who are the representatives of primary and secondary school teachers in Xinjiang? What is its popularity and influence? Why can we go out of Xinjiang? This is a topic of great interest to the native Chinese teachers of primary schools in Xinjiang. Teacher Yu Liming, known as "the first language teacher in primary schools in Xinjiang," is a senior Chinese teacher in primary schools with 17 years of teaching. This paper selects Yu Liming, an outstanding young teacher who has a certain popularity and influence in Xinjiang and the whole country, as the research object. Under the guidance of relevant teaching theory, psychology theory and sociology theory, this study enters the teaching growth course of Yu Liming teacher, and explores the practice and exploration of the art of Chinese teaching in primary school, under the guidance of relevant teaching theory, psychology theory and sociological theory. This paper analyzes the internal and external factors that affect the formation of the characteristics of Chinese teaching. By using the method of lesson case analysis, this paper probes into the text style, classroom teaching structure and teaching language of Yu Liming's Chinese teaching. Teaching blackboard writing in four aspects of artistic characteristics. It is hoped that through the case study of teacher Yu Liming, he will be able to serve as a native teacher in Xinjiang. In particular, the growth of primary school Chinese teachers in Xinjiang provides some enlightenment. The specific contents of this paper are as follows: the first chapter mainly introduces the reason of the research, the related exposition of teaching art at home and abroad, The research methods selected in this paper. These combing make clear the train of thought for this study. Second, three chapters go into the language teaching world of Yulinliming, and analyze the people and related events that have great influence on it in the process of its growth; Combing out the way of language growth in Yu Liming Primary School. Chapter 4th focuses on teaching design, classroom structure and teaching language. This paper analyzes and explores the unique Chinese teaching art of Yu Liming from four aspects of blackboard writing. 5th octopus Liming teaching practice and exploration to Xinjiang teachers, especially to Xinjiang primary school Chinese teachers enlightenment.
