【摘要】：学校制度能够帮助小学生养成良好的行为习惯,为小学生的自主性发展提供一定的价值导向和发展的空间。然而,在学校教育中,还存在一些学校制度阻碍着小学生自主性发展的现象。在本研究中,自主性是指学生在教育教学活动中,能够通过个人理智的思考,选择反映自己内在、真实想法的而非来自外在要求的活动并将其付诸实践的品性,包括内在性、理智性、独立性、主动性及外位性五方面特征。学校制度对于小学生自主性发展的阻碍主要表现在学校制度的要求忽视了小学生自主性的发展,学校制度中关于学生在校时间的安排过于紧密而忽视了小学生内在思想的表达、制度要求范围的不断扩大侵占了小学生自主性的发展空间、一些不恰当的制度要求制约小学生主动性和独立性的发展、强调甄选目的的学校制度忽视了小学生自主性的发展以及强调制度的遵守忽视了小学生理智性的发展。另外,一些学校制度对于教师的限制使得教师没有机会和空间促进小学生自主性发展。学校制度阻碍小学生自主性发展的根源主要是学校制度设立过程缺乏教师、学生的参与、对学校制度设立认识的偏差、学校制度的设立过程缺乏广泛的调查,过分强调制度的执行并且学校制度的执行缺乏灵活性。为了解决学校制度对于小学生自主性发展的阻碍,应该从理念、形成机制和执行方式方面入手,肯定学校制度对于小学生自主性发展的价值,鼓励学生的参与,积极听取学生的意见,确定学校制度合理的要求范围并且加强学校制度执行的灵活性,弱化学校制度对于权威的强调等。
[Abstract]:The school system can help pupils to form good behavior habits and provide a certain value orientation and development space for the independent development of pupils. However, in school education, In this study, autonomy refers to the students' ability to reflect their inner nature through individual rational thinking in educational and teaching activities. The nature of real ideas, not activities that come from outside, and put them into practice, including immanence, reason, independence, The school system hinders the development of pupils' autonomy mainly because the demands of the school system neglect the development of pupils' autonomy. In the school system, the arrangement of the student's time in school is too close and neglects the expression of the pupils' inner thought. The expansion of the scope of the system demands encroach on the space for the development of the pupils' autonomy. Some inappropriate systems require restricting the development of pupils' initiative and independence, emphasizing that the school system for the purpose of selection ignores the development of pupils' autonomy and that the observance of the system ignores the development of pupils' sanity. The limitations of some school systems on teachers make it impossible for teachers to have the opportunity and space to promote the development of pupils' autonomy. The main reasons why the school system hinders the development of pupils' autonomy are the lack of teachers and the participation of students in the process of establishing the school system. The misunderstandings of the school system, the lack of extensive investigation on the establishment process of the school system, the excessive emphasis on the implementation of the school system and the lack of flexibility in the implementation of the school system. We should start with ideas, formation mechanisms and implementation methods, affirm the value of the school system for the autonomous development of pupils, encourage students to participate, and actively listen to students' opinions. To determine the reasonable scope of the school system and strengthen the flexibility of the implementation of the school system, weaken the emphasis of the school system on authority, and so on.
