基于“生本教育”理念下的小学数学教学的调查分析

【摘要】:目前, 在中小学数学的课堂教学中,采用的是传统的以师为本的教育模式,有时不能够对学生加以正确的认识。教学设计是传统的把老师当作课堂的中心,教学还没有落实到以学生的全面发展为工作的重心。而生本教育是以学生为本,学生作为学习的主体,让学生积极主动地学习,并且深刻的认识到生本教育的内在涵义的。生本教育应当重视和促进教育,我们应该充分发挥人的潜能。国际社会上,各个国家越来越注重培养人才,尤其注意培育有创新精神和实践能力的人才,并且有着高素质的这样的人才。目前的教育着重于培养四大基本的学习能力:1,学会求知---learning to know;2,学会做事---learning to do;3,学会合作---learning to live together;4,学会发展----learning to be。真正的小学数学课堂,应该是拥有生机与活力的。能够激发学生的思考,应该让儿童发现探索知识的乐趣,探索未知的奥秘,让学生们可以自主学习,可以合作交流,作自己的主人,从而最终觉察到数学的魅力。数学教学,不只是教导学生知识,还有兴趣,能力,品德等其他各个方面的素质,数学教育,更应该推动时代的发展,引领时代的进步。数学教育,要让每一个学生有展示自我的机会,拥有独立思考的能力,这才是数学要给予学生的最本真的要素。真正的数学,培养学生学习数学的兴趣,探索未知世界的热情,这种学习的兴趣和热情,在未来的生活里,在今后的工作中,充分体现数学教育是成功的和有吸引力的。论文包括四大部分,主要的内容如下:第一部分,介绍了这篇论文研究生本教育的背景,目的,内容和意义。展示总结了文献研究的现状和已经有的成果,作为本论文的一个起点;第二部分,解释了生本教育理论的真正内涵,例如:学生观、教师观、教学观和评价观,针对这些一一展开阐述;第三部分,是本论文的中心部分,分析了生本教育理念下的数学课堂,并着重分析了自主学习、合作交流和课堂延伸。并对调查问卷进行相关分析;第四部分,分享了育才二小实施生本教育的实践价值和理论意义;第五部分,对未来生本教育的建设的展望和计划。
[Abstract]:At present, in the classroom teaching of mathematics in primary and secondary schools, the traditional teacher-oriented education mode is adopted, and sometimes the students can not be correctly understood. It also analyzes the questionnaire; part 4th, sharing the practical value and theoretical significance of implementing student-oriented education in Yucai II Primary School; part 5th, The prospect and plan of the construction of the future student-oriented education.
