西宁市特色小学建设的个案研究

【摘要】:为推动素质教育深入发展,为培养富有特色、拥有个性、全面发展的学生,特色学校的建设成了一种势不可挡的趋势。通过对国内外特色学校建设的相关研究,得出了特色学校建设的五大衡量标准:独特的学校文化、独到的办学理念、特色的学校团队、特色的学校活动、特色的学校制度。本论文通过文献研究法、问卷调查法和访谈法对X小学特色学校建设的基本情况以及该校的学校文化、办学理念、校本课程和学校团队进行了调查,并对调查结果进行了分析,得出了X小学特色学校建设的目标。学校的特色文化主要有富有特色的物质文化、管理文化、教师文化、课程文化和学生文化;特色的办学理念主要是围绕“办教师、学生喜爱的学校”为出发点和归宿;特色的教师团队主要是指通过拜师会、教研活动和课题项目培养出一批业务素质精湛、富有教学特色的教师队伍;特色活动主要有社团活动,寓德育于实践的活动以及温馨教室与班级建设;特色制度主要介绍了学生的礼仪制度,对学生的奖励制度和“师徒结对”制度。基于特色学校建设的目标和内容,X小学特色学校建设的措施主要体现在建立了富有人文的学校文化,形成了自主创新的办学理念,打造了和谐专业的教师队伍,开展了丰富独特的学校活动并建立了合理到位的特色制度。通过全校师生的不懈努力,X小学特色学校建设取得了一定的成就,同时总结了X小学特色学校建设的经验主要体现在以下三方面:目标定位合理,内容具有创新,措施富有成效。在取得成效的同时,该校在特色学校建设的过程中也存在一定的不足:学校主体对特色学校建设的认识还需进一步增强;校本课程开发缺乏学生参与,实施效果有待进一步增加;教师师资不足,激励制度有待进一步完善。基于X小学特色学校建设的实践经验,同时立足于特色学校建设的一般性规律,本论文提炼出了特色学校建设的一般原则:立足学校实际,提出切实可行的办学理念;着眼于教师团队,建设一支高素质、有特色的教师队伍;结合学生学习实际,培养全面发展、富有特色的学生。本论文通过对西宁市一所小学进行个案研究,总结、归纳出X小学特色学校建设的成效、经验、不足及一般原则,为该校进一步发展提供平台,期待为其他学校的发展提供经验借鉴。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the development of quality education, to cultivate students with characteristics, personality and all-round development, the construction of characteristic schools has become an irresistible trend. Five measures of characteristic school construction are obtained: unique school culture, unique school idea, characteristic school team, characteristic school activity, characteristic school system. The basic situation of the construction of the characteristic school in X primary school, the school culture, the idea of running a school, the school-based curriculum and the school team were investigated by questionnaire and interview, and the results of the investigation were analyzed. It is concluded that the characteristic culture of X primary school is mainly characterized by material culture, management culture, teacher culture, curriculum culture and student culture. The school that the students like "is the starting point and the destination, the characteristic teacher team mainly means to cultivate a group of teachers with excellent professional quality and rich teaching characteristics through the teachers' meeting, teaching and research activities and subject items." The characteristic activities mainly include community activities, moral education activities in practice and warm classroom and class construction. The characteristic system mainly introduces the etiquette system of students. The reward system for students and the "teacher and disciple pair" system. Based on the objectives and contents of the construction of characteristic schools, the measures of building characteristic schools in elementary schools are mainly reflected in the establishment of humanistic school culture and the formation of independent and innovative ideas for running schools. Has created the harmonious specialized teacher troop, has carried on the rich unique school activity and has established the reasonable characteristic system. Through the unremitting efforts of the teachers and students of the whole school, we have made certain achievements in the construction of the X elementary school characteristic school. At the same time, the author summarizes the experience of the construction of the characteristic school of X primary school in the following three aspects: the objective is reasonable, the content is innovative, and the measures are effective. The school also has some shortcomings in the construction of characteristic schools: the main body of the school still needs to further enhance its understanding of the construction of characteristic schools; the lack of students' participation in the development of school-based curriculum, the implementation of which needs to be further improved; the shortage of teachers, the lack of teachers, and the lack of teachers. The incentive system needs to be further consummated. Based on the practical experience of the construction of characteristic schools in X primary school, and based on the general rules of the construction of characteristic schools, this paper abstracts the general principles of the construction of characteristic schools: based on the reality of schools, Put forward the practical idea of running a school, focus on the teaching team, build a high quality and characteristic team of teachers, combine the actual study of the students, train the all-round development, Through the case study of a primary school in Xining, this paper sums up the achievements, experiences, deficiencies and general principles of the construction of the characteristic school of Primary School X, which provides a platform for the further development of the school. Look forward to providing experience for the development of other schools.
