串班逃课:小学“个性化课程”实施中的问题及解析

【摘要】：对连云港市黄海路小学310名学生的调查发现,多数学生对"个性化课程"学习兴趣浓厚、态度认真且参与"个性化课程"学习,行为得到改善。少数学生出现"串班逃课"现象,主要源自"好奇心""喜新厌旧"等心理状态,学校应针对"隐性逃课"现象对课程的设计、实施和评价进行改进。
[Abstract]:A survey of 310 students of Huang Hai Road Primary School in Lianyungang City showed that most of the students were interested in "individualized curriculum", took a serious attitude and participated in "individualized curriculum" study. The behavior is improved. A few students appear the phenomenon of "skipping classes in groups", which mainly comes from the psychological state of "curiosity", "liking the new and wearying the old" and so on. The school should improve the design, implementation and evaluation of the curriculum in view of the phenomenon of "recessive truancy".
