对S小学教学管理的实地研究

【摘要】:新课程改革的实施以及城乡教育的均衡发展对农村学校的教学以及管理提出了新的要求,农村学校教育也在这一进程中不断发生着变化。教学作为教育的主要载体之一,离不开合理有序的管理;在新课程改革的背景下,农村学校的教学及管理呈现出怎样的状态,是值得广大教育研究者关注的问题。本文以一所农村小学为研究对象,采用实地研究的方式,以叙事的形式讲述了这所学校在教学管理方面的真实世界,有助于我们比较客观地认识当前农村小学的教学现状,为关注农村小学的教学质量,促进教育的均衡发展做出合理的判断与决策。从全文看,论文共包括五个部分。第一部分绪论,介绍了论文选题的缘由、意义,对教学管理以及实地研究的梳理,然后交代了选择和进入S小学的过程。第二部分是对S小学基本信息及其教学组织管理的陈述,以从整体上了解和把握S小学的基本情况;第三部分是对S小学具体的教学管理现状的识读,包括其课程管理、教师教的管理及学生学的管理三个方面,通过夹叙夹议的方式以发现其在教学管理过程中存在的问题;第四部分则从社会层面、学校层面以及教师自身层面对影响S小学教学管理的因素进行了探析;最后一部分是针对S小学教学管理现状的反思,旨在加强和改进其教学管理,包括重构学校与外部环境的关系、加强学校教学管理的规范化建设、增强校长的教学领导力以及优化学校的师资力量等。
[Abstract]:The implementation of the new curriculum reform and the balanced development of urban and rural education have put forward new requirements for the teaching and management of rural schools, and rural school education has been constantly changing in this process. As one of the main carriers of education, teaching is one of the main carriers of education. Under the background of the new curriculum reform, the situation of teaching and management in rural schools is worthy of the attention of educational researchers. This paper takes a rural primary school as the research object. Using the way of field research, this paper narrates the real world of teaching management in this school in the form of narration, which is helpful for us to understand the present teaching situation of rural primary school objectively, and to pay close attention to the teaching quality of rural primary school. From the point of view of the full text, the thesis consists of five parts. The first part introduces the reason, significance, teaching management and field research. The second part is the statement of the basic information and teaching organization and management of S primary school, in order to understand and grasp the basic situation of S primary school as a whole; The third part is to the S elementary school concrete teaching management present situation reading, including its curriculum management, the teacher teaching management and the student study management three aspects, through the way of narration in order to discover its in the teaching management process existence question; The 4th part analyzes the factors that affect the teaching management of S primary school from the social level, the school level and the teachers' level, and the last part is to reflect on the present situation of the teaching management in S primary school, aiming at strengthening and improving the teaching management. It includes reconstructing the relationship between the school and the external environment, strengthening the standardized construction of the school teaching management, strengthening the principal's teaching leadership and optimizing the teaching staff of the school.
