因材施教在小学习作教学中的合理运用

【摘要】：新一轮的语文课程改革,更加注重学生的个性化发展。在小学习作教学中,教师运用因材施教的教育思想,创造尽可能多的有利条件,根据小学生的自身特点,选择合适的习作方式,促使小学生增强习作意识,积累习作素材,写出具有自我独特个性的文章。小学生成为既全面发展而又富有个性、适应时代要求的人,是小学语文习作教学的要求,也是社会主义现代化的要求。本文结合国内外有关因材施教教育思想的研究情况,运用文献研究法、调查法、实践法,总结出因材施教在当前小学习作教学中运用的理论意义和现实意义。同时,对因材施教的概念及其在语文教学中的地位进行阐述,明确因材施教在小学习作教学中运用的意义。并且设计了小学生问卷调查和教师访谈问卷,从中分析出因材施教在小学习作教学中的运用现状,详述其可取之处和不足之处。其中,可取之处表现为小学学校对因材施教的重视度不断提高,因材施教在习作教学中运用的力度不断加大,因材施教促使教师个性化教学有所凸显。不足之处体现在小学生习作准备阶段的针对性引导力度不够,不注重培养小学生的习作意识和习作素材积累能力,小学生习作过程中差异性指导不明显,忽视了小学生思维、构思及行文能力之间的差异,小学生习作后的修改、评价缺乏独特性,模式化、单一性的评价占据主导地位。针对运用中存在的问题,以因材施教的相关理论为指导,依据当前语文课程改革的新要求以及现有的小学习作教学环境,并结合已有的实践经验,提出因材施教在小学习作教学中合理运用的策略。关注小学生习作前的针对性指导,注重小学生习作过程中差异性的指导,重视习作后的个性化修改、评价,以期为教师在具体实践过程中提供指导。因此,要想使因材施教能够真正地在小学习作教学发挥应有的功效,还需要每一位一线语文教育工作者的实践与努力。
[Abstract]:The new round of Chinese curriculum reform pays more attention to the individualized development of students. In the teaching of primary school exercises, teachers use the educational thought of teaching students according to their aptitude to create as many favorable conditions as possible, according to their own characteristics. Choosing the right way of doing the exercises will urge the pupils to enhance their consciousness of the exercises, accumulate the materials of the exercises, and write articles with their own unique personality. The pupils have become both all-round development and full of personality, and adapt to the requirements of the times. It is the requirement of primary school Chinese exercises teaching, and also the requirement of socialist modernization. This article combines the research situation of educational thought of teaching aptitude at home and abroad, applies literature research method, investigation method, practice method, This paper summarizes the theoretical and practical significance of aptitude teaching in primary school exercises teaching. At the same time, it expounds the concept of aptitude teaching and its position in Chinese teaching. This paper clarifies the significance of aptitude teaching in primary school exercises teaching, and designs a questionnaire survey for primary school students and a teacher interview questionnaire to analyze the current situation of the application of aptitude teaching in primary school exercises teaching. The advantages and disadvantages are described in detail. Among them, primary schools pay more and more attention to teaching students according to their aptitude, and the application of teaching in accordance with their aptitude is increasing. Individualized teaching in accordance with students' aptitude makes teachers' individualized teaching prominent. The deficiency is that the pertinence guidance in the preparation stage of pupils' exercises is not enough, and they do not pay attention to the cultivation of pupils' exercise consciousness and the ability to accumulate materials for their exercises. The difference guidance in the process of primary school students' exercises is not obvious, ignoring the difference between the pupils' thinking, conception and writing ability, the revision after the pupils' exercises, the lack of uniqueness and the pattern of evaluation. The evaluation of singularity occupies a dominant position. In view of the problems existing in the application, under the guidance of the relevant theories of teaching according to aptitude, according to the new requirements of the current Chinese curriculum reform and the existing teaching environment of primary school exercises, and combining with the existing practical experience, This paper puts forward the strategy of rational application of aptitude teaching in primary school exercises teaching. It pays attention to the targeted guidance before primary school students' exercises, to the different guidance in the process of primary school students' exercises, to the individualized modification and evaluation after the exercises. In order to provide guidance for teachers in the course of concrete practice, it is necessary for every Chinese educator to practice and work hard in order to make the teaching of aptitude play its due effect in primary school.
