小学5-6年级体育课中体操类教学内容构建研究

【摘要】:体操作为我国传统优势项目,一直深受国家的重视,体操教学内容作为小学体育中重要组成部分,随着我国经济文化的不断繁荣,小学体操并没有随之得到充足发展,尽管、国家出台大量政策法规,但没有改变体操教学内容在小学体育课中被边缘化和在家长学生中被淡化的现状。本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验法、测试法、数理统计法对小学5-6年级体操教学内容体操教学现状、教学内容重构进行研究。得出了以下结论:①小学5-6年级体育课中的体操教学内容尤其是器械类教学内容开展现状较差,主要原因在于专业器械的配备不足以及体育教师队伍中体操专业教师占比过低而使难度大、危险性高的器械类体操教学内容难以开展。②本文构建了5-6年级体操类教学内容,将难度大、要求高、难以开展的单杠等器械类体操教学内容用其他简单易行的跳绳、技巧、支撑跳跃、韵律活动等内容所替代,形成了新的体操类教学内容。③通过新的体操类教学内容在体育课中的实验运用,结合对实验前后的学生体质的测试成绩的统计分析对比,实验组的测试成绩较对照组在1分钟跳绳、仰卧起坐、坐位体前屈三方面有明显提升,且实验组在50、50*8两个项目中学生之间的差距有所减小;说明新的体操类教学内容促进了学生身体素质的提高④新的体操类教学内容提高了学生学习的积极性,大大激发了学生对体育课中体操类教学内容学习的兴趣。⑤学生身体素质的提高及学生学习兴趣的增强反映出学校体育课教学质量在新的体操类教学内容实施中有较大提升,
[Abstract]:As a traditional advantage item in our country, gymnastics has always been attached great importance to by the country. As an important part of primary school physical education, gymnastics teaching content has not been fully developed along with the prosperity of economy and culture in our country, although, The state has issued a large number of policies and regulations, but has not changed the current situation that gymnastics teaching contents are marginalized in physical education in primary schools and desalinated among parents and students. This paper studies the present situation and reconstruction of gymnastics teaching content in grade 5-6 of primary school by mathematical statistics, and draws the following conclusion: the present situation of gymnastics teaching content, especially the teaching content of instrument, is poor in grade 5-6 physical education of grade 5-6 in primary school No. 1. The main reason lies in the shortage of professional equipment and the low proportion of gymnastic teachers among PE teachers, which makes it difficult to carry out the teaching contents of gymnastics of grade 5-6, which is difficult to carry out in the teaching content of instrument gymnastics of high risk. 2. This paper constructs the teaching contents of gymnastics in grades 5-6. It shows that the new teaching content of gymnastics promotes the improvement of students' physical fitness. 4 the new teaching content of gymnastics improves the enthusiasm of students in learning. 5. The improvement of students' physical fitness and the enhancement of students' interest in learning reflect that the teaching quality of physical education in school has been greatly improved in the implementation of the new gymnastics teaching content.
