从小学社会科课程标准看法治教育

【摘要】:法治教育是指学校有目的、有计划、有组织地对学生进行民主、公平、正义、规则、秩序、权利和义务的教育。通过政策文本逻辑梳理发现,小学社会科课程标准中法治教育目标在于促进学生形成适当的法治意识、获得系统的法治知识、培养法治实践的能力,是为学生成为知法、遵法、守法、用法的公民打下坚实基础。法律规范、法治思维、法治权利与义务是小学社会科课程标准中法治教育的核心内容。法治教育具体途径包括:教学关注经验,强调自主建构;评价关注过程,强调灵活开放;教材编写关注生活实际,强调综合性;资源开发整合校内校外,强调多样化。有鉴于此,为实现小学社会科课程标准中法治教育的完善发展,应均衡协调目标,保障课程目标系统性;丰富资源渠道,加强课程内容深度;整合多方力量,实现课程实施途径多样性。
[Abstract]:The education of rule of law refers to the education of democracy, fairness, justice, rules, order, rights and obligations for students in a purposeful, planned and organized way. The goal of rule of law education in the curriculum standard of primary school social sciences is to promote students to form proper consciousness of rule of law, to acquire systematic knowledge of rule of law, and to cultivate the ability to practice the rule of law. The goal is to make students know, abide by and abide by the law. Legal norms, thinking of the rule of law, rights and obligations of the rule of law are the core contents of legal education in the curriculum standards of primary school social sciences. The specific ways of rule of law education include: paying attention to experience in teaching, emphasizing self-construction; In order to realize the perfect development of the rule of law education in primary school social science curriculum standards, we should evaluate the process of concern, emphasize flexibility and openness, pay attention to the reality of life, emphasize comprehensiveness, develop and integrate resources, and emphasize diversity. We should balance and coordinate the goal, guarantee the systematicness of the course goal, enrich the resource channel, strengthen the depth of the course content, integrate all kinds of forces, and realize the diversity of the course implementation way.
