尼泊尔巴勒比斯地区汉语教学情况调查与分析

【摘要】:从2005年开始,国家汉办派遣汉语志愿者老师到尼泊尔任教,至今已经有了10年的历史,随着中尼贸易、旅游往来逐渐频繁,尼泊尔人开始意识到学习汉语的重要性,学习汉语的人数逐年增多,开设汉语课的学校也逐年增多,汉语教学的发展越来越快。但是由于目前学界对尼泊尔汉语教学的研究较少,我们对尼泊尔的汉语教学状况还没有一个清晰的了解。2014年,笔者有幸成为赴尼泊尔志愿者教师,被派遣到尼泊尔的巴勒比斯地区任教。巴勒比斯地区开设汉语课程已经有6年的历史,但是对于该地区汉语教学情况的研究尚属空白,所以笔者试图在10个月的任教期内,对巴勒比斯地区的汉语教学情况进行调查,并通过对这一地区汉语教学情况的了解,窥一斑而知全豹,对尼泊尔整个汉语教学的情况有一个总体的认知和分析。 笔者通过对巴勒比斯地区的4位汉语教师志愿者老师①进行问卷调查、访谈、课堂观察和专家咨询,完成了对该地区3所开设汉语课学校的汉语教学情况的调查研究工作,完成了对3所学校四年级以上学习汉语的308位学生的问卷调查,并在此基础上,展开下一步的分析和研究。本文首先对该地区的汉语教学基本情况、教师情况、教材情况、教法情况进行了描述统计与分析。从教师的教学态度、学校态度、学生课堂表现、学习情况、志愿者管理、生活等方面分析了教师方面存在的问题;对教材进行了利弊分析;从教学理念、教学方法、教学步骤和环节、教学原则等方面分析了教法方面存在的问题。然后对这些问题进行了原因分析,分析出教师的教学态度不端正、活动利益大于教学给学校带来利益、志愿者之家导向问题和学生对汉语学习态度不端正导致了教师方面的问题;汉办支持力度不够、尼泊尔志愿者之家无能力编写教材、尼泊尔自身解决能力有限和通用教材不能够顾及尼泊尔的文化导致了教材方面出现的问题;教师为非专业,尼泊尔惯性的教学方式,老师对教学缺乏主动性,赴任培训不足,学生没有教材、年龄小理解能力差等方面导致了教法方面出现的问题;志愿者申请容易,用之廉价导致了其他方面问题的出现。提出了针对尼泊尔巴勒比斯地区汉语教学存在问题的改进意见。教学方面提出了制订教学监督考核体系、定期进行岗中培训和经验交流,并做教学情况汇报、把活动和教学放在同等位置方面的改进意见;教材方面提出了加大资金补助力度、编写本土教材、发起图书基金项目等的改进意见;教法方面提出了更新教学观念,端正教学态度、赴任培训减少讲座时间,增模拟讲课时间、增加听课环节的意见;在其他方面的问题提出志愿者之家对申请学校严格审核,进行实地考察,制定教师和学校互评机制的意见。 通过这些方面的研究,笔者希望让人们对巴勒比斯地区的的汉语教学状况有一个清晰的了解,同样也希望能够对尼泊尔的汉语教育的发展起到一定的借鉴和参考作用。
[Abstract]:In 2014 , the author has the privilege of becoming a volunteer teacher in Nepal to study the Chinese teaching situation in the region .

Based on the questionnaire , interview , classroom observation and expert consultation , the author has completed the investigation and research on the Chinese teaching situation of three schools in the region , completed the investigation of 308 students who had been studying Chinese in three schools and completed the analysis and analysis of the next step . The paper first analyzed the problems in teachers ' teaching attitude , school attitude , students ' classroom performance , learning situation , volunteer management and life .
The author analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the teaching materials .
This paper analyzes the existing problems in teaching methods from the aspects of teaching concept , teaching methods , teaching steps and links , teaching principles and so on . Then , the reasons of these problems are analyzed , the teaching attitude of teachers is not correct , the activities benefit is greater than that of the teaching to the school , the guiding problem of volunteers and the students ' attitude towards Chinese learning are leading to teachers ' problems ;
The lack of support for Hando , the inability of the Nepalese volunteers to write textbooks , the limited capacity of Nepal itself to address the limited capacity of Nepal and the failure of universal material to take account of Nepal ' s culture led to problems in teaching materials ;
Teachers ' teaching methods of non - discipline , Nepal ' s inertia , teacher ' s lack of initiative in teaching , lack of training , lack of teaching material , poor understanding of age , etc . have led to the problems of teaching law ;
This paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the teaching of Chinese teaching in Baalbi area , Nepal , and puts forward some suggestions for improving teaching supervision and assessment system , regular training and exchange of experiences , reporting on teaching situation , putting activities and teaching in the same position ;
We have put forward some suggestions on how to increase the subsidy of funds , write local textbooks and launch books fund projects , etc .
The teaching method has put forward the idea of renewing teaching , the positive teaching attitude , the time of the training to reduce the lecture , the time of the simulation lecture , and the opinions of the course of the course ;
In other aspects , the volunteer ' s home has been asked to strictly examine the application school , conduct field visits , and formulate the views of the teacher and the school mutual evaluation mechanism .

Through the research of these aspects , the author hopes to have a clear understanding of the situation of Chinese teaching in Belebic region , and also hope to be able to learn from the development of Chinese education in Nepal .
