基于多元智能理论的学习共同体的教学实践研究

【摘要】:加德纳的多元智能理论为一线教师提供了一种多维度地评估学生及其学习过程的理念。学生的个性化和多元化个性特征、学习的才能、学习风格等都在课堂教学的方法和途径中发挥了决定性的作用。将多元智能理论应用到教学过程中来,已经被证明是学校教学和指导的一种有效途径。本论文通过文献资料研究法、问卷调查法、数据分析法和案例法,笔者将多元智能理论运用于一线教学研究中。首先,本论文通过“小学生多元智能测量表(附录一)”来了解学生的多元智能分布的差异,并在此基础上对全班学生进行异质分组,科学合理得组建了若干个小型学习共同体。这一量表也解决了问题1:如何科学合理地组建学习共同体?其次,笔者尝试学习共同体的独立运行。笔者通过学习共同体在课堂内和课堂外的具体实施做法或者案例来具体解答问题2:如何保证学习共同体在课内和课外都能发挥作用?如何提高学生在学习共同体中积极主动地完成课前预习、课后复习作业的积极性?笔者从学生学习的五环节——预习、上课、作业、订正和评价这些角度出发,详细地阐述了实验过程中学习共同体具体的运行过程。最后,笔者通过卡方检验对“附录二”问卷中的十个问题分别做了前测和后测选项人数对比分析,通过数据分析来说明,学习共同体的组建和运行对于提高学生对英语的兴趣、提升学生英语综合学习能力、提高学生完成课前预习和课后复习等口语类为主的作业的积极性和有效性。这些数据的分析很全面地解答了问题3.如何对组建的学习共同体的有效性进行检测和反馈?笔者通过一个学期的教学实践发现,多元智能学习共同体在学生英语的综合素养提升上有诸多积极作用,如:有效地提升学生的听力理解能力和口语表达能力;潜移默化地扩大学生的词汇量;有助于拓展学生的写作思路,丰富写作的层次和结构;激发了学生主动完成书面作业的积极性,将口语作业的监督落实到实处;培养了学生认真聆听他人见解的能力,养成尊重他人的良好品质;学生更愿意在共同体中探讨解决自己的疑难杂症,而不是先咨询父母或者教师;学生对于英语的兴趣都大幅度提高,因而在英语的学业成绩检测中也表现出了较大的进步。
[Abstract]:Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences provides first-line teachers with a multi-dimensional assessment of students and their learning processes. Learning style plays a decisive role in the methods and approaches of classroom teaching. The theory of multiple intelligences is applied to the teaching process. It has been proved to be an effective way of teaching and guidance in schools. This paper applies the theory of multiple intelligences to first-line teaching research through literature research, questionnaire survey, data analysis and case law. In this paper, we use the Primary School students' multiple intelligences scale (Appendix I) to find out the differences in the distribution of multiple intelligences, and on the basis of this, we divide the students into heterogeneous groups. Scientific and reasonable construction of a number of small learning communities. This scale also solved the problem 1: how to set up a scientific and reasonable learning community? Secondly, the author tries to learn the independent operation of the community. The author answers question 2 by learning the concrete implementation practices or cases of the community in and out of the classroom: how to ensure that the learning community can play a role both in and out of class? How to improve the enthusiasm of students in the learning community to take the initiative to complete pre-class preparation and review homework after class? From the point of view of the five links of students' study-preview, class, homework, revision and evaluation, the author expounds in detail the specific operation process of the learning community in the course of the experiment. Through chi-square test, the author makes a comparative analysis of the number of pre-test and post-test options for the ten questions in Appendix II questionnaire. Through the data analysis, the author explains that the formation and operation of learning community can improve the students' interest in English. To improve students' comprehensive English learning ability, To improve students' enthusiasm and effectiveness in completing oral homework such as pre-class preparation and after-class review. The analysis of these data fully answers question 3.How to test and feedback the validity of the learning community? Through a semester's teaching practice, the author finds that multiple intelligences learning community has many positive effects on the improvement of students' comprehensive English literacy, such as: effectively improving students' listening comprehension and oral expression ability; Expanding students' vocabulary imperceptibly, helping to expand students' writing ideas, enriching writing levels and structures, arousing students' initiative to complete written homework and putting the supervision of oral English work into practice; Cultivate students' ability to listen carefully to others' opinions and develop good qualities of respecting others; students are more willing to explore and solve their own problems in the community rather than consulting their parents or teachers first. Students' interest in English has been greatly improved, so they have made great progress in the examination of English academic achievements.
