小学课堂管理有效性的研究

【摘要】:教师、学生以及教学周围的内外环境共同构成了课堂。课堂、教学和管理三者之间是息息相关的。现代教育中,课堂成为了学生们获取知识的主要途径,学生在课堂中所度过的时间占据了其在校的大部分时间,课堂管理是教育教学的基础和保障,课堂管理的有效与否也直接会影响到课堂教学的有效性,课堂管理的优劣直接影响到每位学生的个体发展速度和水平,课堂管理有效性已经成为家长、学校和社会共同关注的问题,所以课堂管理要符合小学生的年龄特征,真正的适合小学生的身心发展。正确管理课堂的方式及管理策略为有效的课堂管理提供了理论依据。有效管理课堂的方法和技巧需要每一位教师在实践中进行不断探索。首先,笔者概述所研究专题小学课堂管理有效性的含义及相关的理论基础;其次,笔者运用文献法、课堂观察法、问卷调查法等形式,以人本主义理念为基础,以课堂的管理有效性是否体现为研究方向,了解锦州市松山新区某小学课堂管理的现状,并对存在的诸如师生间沟通不畅、教师对课堂的问题行为管理不当、教师教学形式单一、教师对课堂管理不够重视等问题进行深入分析,分析影响管理课堂的根本因素。并根据相关的分析,提出能够从根本上改变小学课堂管理现状的方法及策略,在教师方面、学生方面、课堂周围环境这三个方面提出小学课堂管理有效性的实施策略,以应对课堂管理实施过程中真正存在的问题,从而促进小学生的全面发展进而形成真正有效的课堂管理。
[Abstract]:Teachers, students, and the teaching surrounding the internal and external environment together constitute the classroom.Classroom, teaching and management are closely related.In modern education, classroom has become the main way for students to acquire knowledge. The time spent by students in class occupies most of their time in school. Classroom management is the foundation and guarantee of education and teaching.The effectiveness of classroom management also directly affects the effectiveness of classroom teaching. The merits and demerits of classroom management directly affect the individual development speed and level of each student. The effectiveness of classroom management has become a parent.Therefore, classroom management should accord with the age characteristics of pupils and be suitable for the physical and mental development of pupils.The correct management methods and strategies provide a theoretical basis for effective classroom management.Effective classroom management methods and techniques require every teacher to explore in practice.First of all, the author summarizes the meaning and relevant theoretical basis of the effectiveness of classroom management in primary schools. Secondly, the author uses literature method, classroom observation method, questionnaire survey and other forms, based on the humanistic concept.Based on whether the effectiveness of classroom management is reflected in the direction of research, the present situation of classroom management in a primary school in Songshan New District of Jinzhou City is understood, and the existing problems such as poor communication between teachers and students and improper management of teachers' problem behavior in the classroom are discussed.This paper analyzes the problems of single teaching form and insufficient attention to classroom management, and analyzes the basic factors that affect the management of classroom.According to the relevant analysis, this paper puts forward the methods and strategies that can fundamentally change the present situation of primary school classroom management, and puts forward the effective implementation strategies of primary school classroom management in the aspects of teachers, students and classroom surroundings.In order to deal with the real problems in the implementation of classroom management, so as to promote the overall development of primary school students and form a real effective classroom management.
