文化自信视角下小学国学教育的问题与对策研究

【摘要】：中华民族在历史发展长河中积淀了深厚的优秀传统文化,这是中华文化的核心和精髓,是宝贵的历史文化遗产。近年来,国学日益受人追捧,发展迅速。当前,学校教育中人文教育的缺失需要加强国学教育以培养学生良好的品性,社会上兴起的“国学热”为小学开展国学教育提供良好了社会氛围,而增强全民族的文化自信对国学教育提出了更高的要求,这些是本研究提出的背景。把国学纳入到学校教育中,是传承中华优秀文化的重要途径和方式。目前,全国各地小学纷纷开展国学经典诵读活动。“国学教育”也随之成为教育理论和实践研究的一个新领域。面对这种情况,我们更应该加强研究,了解国学教育的现状和学生需求,不断发展国学教育,以期在国学教育的过程中激发学生对国学的喜爱,传承中华优秀文化,为小学国学教育研究提供参考,加强小学生对我国传统文化的认同,进而为小学生树立的文化自信奠定基础。通过对相关文献的整理分析,加以梳理,了解目前对小学国学教育和文化自信的情况,为本研究的撰写提供理论基础和研究基础。通过问卷法和访谈法对烟台市和济南市各三所小学开展国学教育情况的调查,了解当前小学国学教育的现状,有许多方面情况还是比较好的。例如,教师普遍认识到国学教育的重要性,许多学校也在积极开展国学教育。但是,我们必须清楚地认识到,目前小学国学教育仍然存在诸多问题。在观念认识上对树立文化自信心的认识有待提高;在教材选用上尚未以增强文化认同为目的选择国学内容;在师资培养上缺乏对教师国学素养和国学教学的培训;在开展形式上开设专门课程较少;在评价体系上未将评价重点定位为学生对国学知识的运用;在保障措施上学校、家庭和社会未提供应有的支持;针对调查所发现的问题,本研究从教育主管部门、学校领导层和教师三个方面分析了存在以上问题的原因,继而从文化自信的视角提出了应对之策:一是以文化自信为出发点认识小学国学教育的价值;二是科学规范小学国学教育教材;三是组建具有较高国学素养的教师队伍;四是建立一套完整的国学教育课程体系,融入文化自信;五是建立多样化的评价体系,重点评价学生对国学知识的掌握和运用;六是学校、家庭和社会充分发挥教育合力。
[Abstract]:The Chinese nation has accumulated profound excellent traditional culture in the long history, which is the core and essence of Chinese culture and a precious historical and cultural heritage.In recent years, Chinese culture is increasingly popular and developing rapidly.At present, the lack of humanistic education in school education needs to strengthen the education of Chinese culture in order to cultivate the good character of the students. The rise of the "fever of Chinese culture" in the society provides a good social atmosphere for the primary school to carry out the education of Chinese culture.The background of this study is to strengthen the cultural confidence of the whole nation.It is an important way and way to pass on excellent Chinese culture by bringing Chinese learning into school education.At present, the country's primary schools have launched classical reading activities.Chinese learning education has also become a new field of educational theory and practice.In the face of this situation, we should strengthen our research, understand the current situation of Chinese learning education and the needs of students, and continue to develop Chinese learning education in order to stimulate students' love of Chinese culture in the process of Chinese learning education, and to pass on the excellent Chinese culture.It provides a reference for the study of elementary school Chinese learning education, strengthens the pupils' identity to the traditional culture of our country, and lays the foundation for the cultural self-confidence of the primary school students.Through sorting out and analyzing the relevant documents, we can find out the current situation of the primary school education and cultural self-confidence, and provide the theoretical basis and research basis for the writing of this study.By means of questionnaire and interview, this paper makes a survey on the development of Chinese culture education in three primary schools in Yantai city and Jinan city, and finds out the present situation of traditional Chinese learning education in primary schools. There are many aspects which are still relatively good.For example, teachers generally recognize the importance of Chinese learning education, and many schools are actively carrying out Chinese learning education.However, we must clearly realize that there are still many problems in primary education.It is necessary to improve the understanding of establishing cultural self-confidence in concept, to select the contents of Chinese culture for the purpose of strengthening cultural identity in the selection of teaching materials, to train teachers in the cultivation of teachers' knowledge of traditional Chinese culture and to teach them Chinese culture.Fewer specialized courses are offered in the form of development; the evaluation system does not focus on the application of students' knowledge of Chinese culture; in the context of safeguards, families and society do not provide the necessary support; and in response to the problems identified by the investigation,This study analyzes the causes of the above problems from three aspects: education department, school leadership and teachers, and then puts forward some countermeasures from the perspective of cultural self-confidence: first, to understand the value of primary school Chinese learning education from the point of view of cultural self-confidence;The second is to scientifically standardize the teaching materials for primary school Chinese studies; the third is to set up a team of teachers with higher Chinese learning literacy; the fourth is to establish a complete curriculum system for the education of Chinese culture and incorporate cultural self-confidence; and the fifth is to establish a diversified evaluation system.Sixth, schools, families and society give full play to the educational joint force.
