农村小学和教学点师资保障的策略

【摘要】:正中共中央国务院《关于加大改革创新力度加快农业现代化建设的若干意见》(2015年1号文件)强调,要"因地制宜保留并办好村小学和教学点"。"办好村小学和教学点"有两个重要因素:一是"硬件"——物质基础,二是师资。其"硬件"随着国家有关政策的落实,在一二年的工夫即能得到解决,可要真正实现教育公平和教育平等,使农村小学和教学点的孩子与城镇孩子一样同享优质教育,并不简单地取决于物质基础,而是由人——教师——所决定。当下农村
[Abstract]:The State Council of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council of the Communist Party of China [CPC Central Committee] and the State Council "on strengthening reform and innovation to speed up the modernization of agriculture" (document No. 1, 2015) stressed the need to "preserve and run village primary schools and teaching sites according to local conditions."There are two important factors in running village primary school and teaching point: one is "hardware"-material foundation, the other is teachers.With the implementation of the relevant national policies, its "hardware" can be solved in a year or two. It can really achieve education equity and equality, so that children in rural primary schools and teaching points can enjoy the same quality education as children in cities and towns.It does not simply depend on the material basis, but is determined by man-teacher.Current rural areas
