十堰市柳林小学跳绳运动开展现状研究

【摘要】:跳绳是一项古老的传统体育运动,携带方便,容易开展,距今已有上千年的历史。跳绳具有很强的健身性,娱乐性和群众性,其不受场地和天气的限制,动作可以简单也可以复杂,跳绳运动,可以锻炼身体,增强灵敏性、弹跳力、耐力和协调性等身体机能,非常适合在中小学中普及与开展。本文以湖北省十堰市柳林小学跳绳运动开展现状为研究对象,主要采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等方法研究跳绳运动在柳林小学的开展状况,并对其进行分析与思考。通过对柳林小学跳绳运动开展状况的调查研究,验证柳林小学开展的跳绳运动有利于丰富该校体育课程内容,激发孩子体育锻炼的兴趣,增进身体健康。并结合开展跳绳运动的实际情况,对该校开展跳绳运动的各项因素进行调查分析,指出该校跳绳运动开展的优点与不足,并提出建设性、合理化建议。为柳林小学《以跳绳为特色的阳光体育运动开展的实践与研究》这一市级课题提供理论依据,也为该校体育工作的开展提供参考。结论:1、十堰市柳林小学的学校体育工作做得较好,拥有一批高学历,高水平的专业专职体育师资队伍,但跳绳专业技术水平还有待提高;2、学生对跳绳运动能够增进健康,增强体质的知晓率很高,而且对跳绳的兴趣很浓,跳绳运动能够符合小学生身心发展的规律,适应学校体育特色文化建设的需求,适宜在学校中进行普及和开展。3、跳绳运动在柳林小学得到普及与开展,并得到了校领导的重视与家长的大力支持。体育课中,每周至少安排一课时的跳绳教学,但教学方法和考核评价激励措施比较单一,不利于提高学生跳绳的兴趣。4、跳绳运动在学校课外活动中的开展情况不容乐观,跳绳运动的课余训练与竞赛活动情况有待加强。建议:1、充分利用现有的体育师资力量,加强对体育教师跳绳专业技能培训。2、教师要多开展一些与跳绳有关的课外体育活动,主动对学生的跳绳情况给予辅导,帮助学生提高跳绳水平。3、教育行政部门每年举行不同层次的跳绳运动竞赛活动,激发学生参与跳绳运动的兴趣,达到锻炼身体、增强体质的效果。4、在小学升初中期间,把跳绳作为一项体育达标测试项目,将它作为升学的评价机制,引起社会各界的重视与支持,使学生养成自觉练习的良好习惯。5、成立一支高水平的学校跳绳运动队。
[Abstract]:Rope skipping is an ancient traditional sports, easy to carry, easy to carry, has a history of thousands of years. Skipping rope has a strong fitness, entertainment and mass, it is not limited by the venue and weather, the movement can be simple or complex, skipping exercise, can exercise the body, enhance sensitivity, spring, endurance and coordination, and other physical functions, It is very suitable for popularization and development in primary and secondary schools. This paper takes the current situation of rope skipping movement in Liulin Primary School in Shiyan City as the research object. It mainly uses the methods of literature and questionnaire to study the development of rope skipping movement in Liulin Elementary School, and analyzes and thinks about it. Through the investigation and study of rope skipping in Liulin Primary School, it is proved that rope skipping in Liulin Elementary School is beneficial to enrich the content of physical education curriculum, stimulate children's interest in physical exercise and improve their health. Combined with the actual situation of rope skipping, this paper investigates and analyzes the factors of rope skipping in the school, points out the advantages and disadvantages of rope skipping in this school, and puts forward constructive and rational suggestions. This paper provides a theoretical basis for the practice and research of "Sunshine Sports with Rope skipping characteristics" in Liulin Elementary School, which is a municipal subject, and also provides a reference for the development of sports work in this school. Conclusion 1. The school physical education in Liulin Primary School in Shiyan City is well done, with a group of professional and full-time PE teachers with high educational background and high level, but the technical level of rope skipping still needs to be improved. The students can improve their health by skipping rope. The awareness rate of improving physical fitness is very high, and the interest in rope skipping is very strong. Rope skipping can conform to the law of pupils' physical and mental development and meet the needs of the construction of school sports characteristic culture. It is suitable to popularize and develop .3in schools. Rope skipping is popularized and carried out in Liulin Primary School, and it has been attached importance to by school leaders and strongly supported by parents. In the physical education class, at least one class hour is arranged every week, but the teaching method and the examination and evaluation incentive measure are relatively single, which is not conducive to improving the students' interest in rope skipping. The development of rope skipping in the extracurricular activities in the school is not optimistic. The extracurricular training and competition of rope skipping need to be strengthened. We suggest that we should make full use of the existing physical education teachers and strengthen the training of PE teachers in rope skipping. Teachers should carry out more extracurricular sports activities related to rope skipping and actively provide guidance to students on rope skipping. To help students improve their rope skipping level. 3. The educational administrative departments hold competition activities at different levels every year to stimulate students' interest in rope skipping, so as to achieve the effect of exercising their bodies and strengthening their physique. Taking rope skipping as a test item to reach the standard of physical education and taking it as an evaluation mechanism for higher education have aroused the attention and support of all walks of life, made students develop good habit of self-conscious practice, and set up a high level school rope skipping team.
