涞源实验小学德育管理问题研究

【摘要】：随着时代的发展,中国愈来愈走向国际社会。如何更好的体现中国人的素质,从复旦投毒案中我们得到反思,德育管理必须从根本抓,从小抓起!我们都知道德育管理是制约德育成效的关键因素,因此开展涞源县实验小学德育管理现状的调查对提升该校的德育成效意义重大。通过问卷调查,我们看到涞源实验小学德育管理工作虽然取得了一定的成效,如建立了各项制度,有着德育目标、计划、组织、内容等,还有一支素质较高的德育队伍,积极开展德育活动和进行德育的评价等,但同时也存在不少问题,如德育目标的定位不到位,德育计划的管理不完善,德育组织的管理落实不好,德育过程的管理流于形式,德育的内容不结合实际,德育的方法陈旧,德育科研的缺失等等。导致德育管理问题的原因是多方面的,既有内在的原因,又有外在的原因,内在的原因主要是管理者自身的原因,外在的原因包括社会和家庭的原因。这就要求我们在德育管理中转变管理的理念,寻找积极的策略,包括重新定位德育的地位,明确德育内容和创新德育方法,加强德育队伍的建设和管理,加强德育过程的管理和加强德育评价管理等等。总之,只有把德育管理落到实处,把德育管理作为重中之重,才能提高小学德育管理的实效。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times, China is becoming more and more international. How to better reflect the quality of the Chinese, from the Fudan poisoning case we get a reflection, moral management must be fundamentally grasp, from small grasp! We all know that the management of moral education is the key factor to restrict the effectiveness of moral education, so it is of great significance to carry out an investigation on the current situation of moral education management in Laiyuan County Experimental Primary School to enhance the effectiveness of moral education in this school. Through the questionnaire survey, we can see that although the moral education management of Laiyuan Experimental Primary School has achieved certain results, such as the establishment of various systems, moral education goals, plans, organization, content, and so on, there is also a high quality moral education team. But there are also many problems, such as the orientation of the moral education target is not in place, the management of the moral education plan is not perfect, the management of the moral education organization is not well carried out, and the management of the moral education process is a mere formality. The content of moral education is not combined with reality, the method of moral education is old, the scientific research of moral education is missing and so on. There are many reasons leading to the problems of moral education management, both internal and external, the internal reasons are mainly the managers themselves, the external causes include the social and family reasons. This requires us to change the concept of management in the management of moral education, to find positive strategies, including repositioning the status of moral education, clarifying the content of moral education and innovating the methods of moral education, and strengthening the construction and management of moral education team. Strengthen the management of moral education process and strengthen the management of moral evaluation and so on. In a word, only by putting moral education management into practice and taking moral education management as the top priority can we improve the effectiveness of moral education management in primary schools.
