小学校本课程纲要质量评估研究

【摘要】:校本课程开发是我国二十一世纪基础教育课程改革的亮点,也是难点。十五年来许多中小学已在开发校本课程,并取得了一些重要经验。然而,学校校本课程开发的质量如何?有校本课程,就比没有好吗?本文着重研究校本课程方案文本质量的评估问题。校本课程纲要是指依据上级课程政策和学校校本课程的整体规划,在充分考虑本校学生需求和已有资源的基础上,以教师为主体开发的一门课程的设计方案。校本课程纲要以"校本性""先进性""技术性"和"一致性"为本质属性,运用同时关照纲要本质属性和文本结构的《校本课程纲要评估工具》收集100份全国校本课程设计大赛小学段课程纲要参赛作品的质量情况数据,并以其中5份纲要文本为案例,以量的分析和质的分析方法,通过怀特图和案例对比发现当前我国校本课程纲要质量的优势和劣势。研究发现:一是当前小学校本课程纲要整体质量水平中等,能做到结构完整,但课程意识较弱且存在未能清晰回应关键要素核心问题的情况;二是就本质属性而言,小学校本课程纲要能体现出对学校现实情况的回应,"校本性"特征突出,但"技术性"缺失对纲要质量影响较大,体现为课程设计时学生立场缺失;三是就结构而言,课程纲要缺乏良好的评价设计,编制者在强烈教学意识的影响下更关注内容和实施的设计,而忽视对课程目标和评价的思考。针对这些问题,本文提出了针对性的改进建议。
[Abstract]:School-based curriculum development is the highlight and difficulty of the curriculum reform of basic education in twenty-first Century. In the past fifteen years, many primary and secondary schools have developed school-based curriculum and have obtained some important experiences. However, how is the quality of school based curriculum development? Is there a school-based curriculum better than not? This paper focuses on the text quality of the school-based curriculum. The school based curriculum is based on the overall planning of the higher level curriculum policy and the school based curriculum. On the basis of full consideration of the needs of the students and the existing resources, the school based curriculum is designed to develop a curriculum with teachers as the main body. The school-based curriculum is essential to "school-based" "advanced" "technical" and "consistency". The quality data of the 100 national school-based curriculum design competitions are collected by using the quality data of the 100 national school-based curriculum design competitions, and the analysis and qualitative analysis are taken with the quantitative analysis and the qualitative analysis method, through the comparison of the case and case comparison. At present, the advantages and disadvantages of the quality of our school-based curriculum outline are found. The first is that the overall quality level of the school-based curriculum of primary school is moderate, and the structure is complete, but the consciousness of the curriculum is weak and there is no clear response to the key problems of the key elements. Two is the essential attribute, the school based curriculum of primary school can be embodied. In response to the reality of the school, the characteristics of "school-based nature" are prominent, but the lack of "technical" has a great influence on the quality of the program, which is reflected in the lack of students' position in the course design; three, in terms of structure, the course outline lacks a good evaluation design, and the compiler pays more attention to the content and the design under the influence of the strong teaching consciousness, and ignores the Reflections on curriculum objectives and evaluation. Aiming at these problems, this paper puts forward some suggestions for improvement.
