少先队活动中的混龄教育

【摘要】：少先队活动打破传统班级划分,使不同年龄段的儿童交往成为可能。在少先队中开展混龄教育活动是混龄教育对象向高龄扩展、幼小衔接过渡、儿童个体心理发展、爱国主义教育、同伴交往发展的需要。因此,少先队混龄教育活动要根据少先队员个体心理发展的特点开展混龄教育活动,加强对队员思想的引导,促进儿童社会化发展。同时注重混龄教育实践探究,完善小学混龄教育理论。此外,合理安排少先队混龄活动,建立与完善少先队混龄活动的长效机制。
[Abstract]:The activities of the Young Pioneers broke the traditional class division and made it possible for children of different ages to interact. It is necessary to carry out the mixed age education activities in the young pioneers to expand the education object to the old age, to connect young children, to develop children's individual psychology, to educate patriotism, and to develop peer communication. Therefore, the mixed age education activities of the young pioneers should be carried out according to the characteristics of the psychological development of the young pioneers, strengthen the ideological guidance of the young pioneers, and promote the socialization of children. At the same time, we should pay attention to the practice of mixed age education and perfect the theory of mixed age education in primary school. In addition, reasonable arrangement of mixed age activities of the young pioneers and establishment and improvement of the long effect mechanism of the mixed age activities of the young pioneers.
