校园足球背景下武汉市小学足球师资现状与对策研究

【摘要】:在校园足球背景下,武汉市青少年校园足球运动得到不断普及和发展,小学生参与足球运动的积极性也越来越高,开展足球运动的学校及参与足球运动的小学生不断增加,校园足球活动日益多样化、多元化。因此,对学校足球师资队伍的数量和质量都提出了更高的要求。足球师资作为校园足球课程、足球活动、足球竞赛的实施者、组织者、策划者,其素质的高低也决定了校园足球开展的好坏。小学生作为身心成长的关键期和足球技能培养的黄金时期,建设一支数量够、质量好、素质高的小学足球师资队伍对于小学足球活动的开展也至关重要。本文通过对武汉市42所校园足球特色小学进行重点调查,以武汉市小学足球师资队为研究对象,分析当前武汉市校园足球师资队伍现状的各方面情况,得出以下结论:1、在武汉市小学足球师资队伍基本构成情况调查中,发现存在男女比例不均衡,年龄结构以中青年为主,教龄在6-10年范围内居多。2、在对武汉市小学足球师资职业身份及综合能力调查与分析发现,当前武汉市小学足球师资学历水平整体较高,来源多为体育专业毕业生和体育教师,但具有高级职称的教师人数不多,足球教练等级和运动员等级偏低,足球师资的足球教学方法运用、创新意识和专业技能均有待提高。3、在武汉市小学足球师资岗位待遇现状调查中发现,当前武汉市小学足球教学中足球师资紧缺,足球师资工作强度大,工作压力增大,足球师资普遍对工作抱有热情,但足球师资待遇整体较低,足球师资对工作待遇满意度较低。4、在对武汉市小学足球师资思想动态调查中发现,三分之一足球师资的表明,在对工作不满意的情况下会选择跳槽。5、在对武汉市小学足球师资外部发展环境调查中发现,当前校园足球活动的时间得到了保障,但政府和学校对校园足球的重视程度均不够,没有定期对校园足球的开展情况进行定期的督导,存在足球师资流失的情况,流失的主要原以为“工作调动”和“继续深造”为主。6、在武汉市小学足球师资培训方面,绝大部分教师认为自身需要参加培训,其培训目的主要是为了自我提高和职称评定,对现有培训的满意度不高,认为培训的内容需求最高选项是专项训练方法。基于以上研究结果,本文给出以下建议:1、完善足球师资队伍结构。2、加强足球师资队伍的培训。3、完善管理制度体系,加强小学足球师资管理。4、加大对小学足球师资管理投入,提高足球师资待遇水平。5、优化师资队伍建设环境。6、整合利用社会资源。7、建立交流学习平台。
[Abstract]:Under the background of campus football, the youth campus football in Wuhan has been popularized and developed, and the enthusiasm of primary school students to participate in football is increasing. Campus football activities are increasingly diversified and diversified. Therefore, the quantity and quality of school football teachers have put forward higher requirements. As the implementers, organizers and planners of campus football courses, football activities and football competitions, the quality of football teachers also determines the quality of campus football. Primary school students as the key period of physical and mental growth and the golden period of football skills cultivation, the construction of a high quality primary school football teachers is also very important for the development of primary school football activities. Based on the investigation of 42 characteristic primary schools of campus football in Wuhan, this paper analyzes the current situation of the teaching staff of campus football in Wuhan, taking the soccer teaching team of Wuhan primary school as the research object. Draw the following conclusion: 1. In the investigation of the basic composition of soccer teachers in primary schools in Wuhan, we find that there is an imbalance between men and women, and the age structure is dominated by young and middle-aged people. The teaching years are mostly within 6-10 years. Through the investigation and analysis of the professional status and comprehensive ability of the primary school football teachers in Wuhan, it is found that the academic qualifications of the primary school football teachers in Wuhan are generally high, and the sources are mostly physical education graduates and physical education teachers. However, the number of teachers with senior professional titles is small, the football coaches and players are on the low side, and the football teaching methods of football teachers are used. Innovation consciousness and professional skills need to be improved. In the investigation of the status quo of teaching position of primary school football teachers in Wuhan, it is found that there is a shortage of football teachers in primary school football teaching in Wuhan, the working intensity of football teachers is great, and the working pressure is increasing. Football teachers generally have enthusiasm for their work, but the overall treatment of football teachers is relatively low, the satisfaction of football teachers to the job treatment is low .4.In the investigation of the dynamic thinking of soccer teachers in Wuhan primary school, it is found that 1/3 football teachers show that, If they are not satisfied with their work, they will choose to switch jobs. 5. in the investigation of the external development environment of primary school football teachers in Wuhan, it is found that the time of the current campus football activities is guaranteed, but the government and schools do not attach enough importance to campus football. There is no regular supervision on the development of campus football, and there is a loss of football teachers. The main loss of football teachers is "job transfer" and "continuing further study" .6. in Wuhan City, the primary school football teachers training, Most teachers think that they need to take part in the training, the purpose of training is mainly to improve themselves and evaluate their professional titles, and the satisfaction of the existing training is not high, and the training content needs the highest option is the special training method. Based on the above research results, this paper gives the following suggestions: 1, perfecting the structure of football teachers, strengthening the training of football teachers, perfecting the management system, strengthening the management of primary school football teachers, and increasing the investment in the management of primary school football teachers. To improve the treatment level of football teachers, to optimize the construction environment of teachers, to integrate the utilization of social resources, and to establish a platform for exchange and learning.
