北京市昌平区南口镇小学校本礼仪操创编与实施效果的研究

【摘要】:2001年的全国基础教育工作会议在《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》中明确指出:“改变课程管理过于集中的状况,实行国家、方、学校三级课程管理,增强课程对地方、学校及学生的适应性”。2003年《普通高中课程方案(实验)》又提出赋予学校合理而充分的课程自主权,为学校创造性地实施国家课程、因地制宜地开发学校课程,为学生有效选择课程提供保障。在这样的背景下,中小学校本课程开发已成为一个十分重要的研究课题。南口镇小学以新课程实施为推手,全面落实基础教育课程改革的目标要求,创编了一套小学生《礼仪操》作为南口镇小学的校本课程。这套小学生校本礼仪操符合南口镇小学地区特色,符合小学生生长发育的特点,其欢快的音乐,顺口的儿歌,丰富的教学内容,深受学生喜爱,培养了南口镇小学学生的文明礼仪习惯,促进学生体质全面发展的同时,为学生德智体全面发展打下坚实的基础,起到了终身教育的作用。本文通过问卷调查法、实地访谈法、现场观察、实验法等方式对南口镇小学校本《礼仪操》创编与实施进行研究,为今后南口镇小学的“儒雅文化”教育,以及校本课程创编、创新,提供一定的理论依据和参考价值。通过研究后得到的结论是:1、从德育方面看,南口镇小学学生在礼仪习惯方面发生了明显变化。学生养成了良好的爱护环境的习惯,做到不乱丢纸屑、垃圾;见到老师能立正站稳、敬礼问好;课间休息不在校园内追跑打闹,做有意义的活动;自觉遵守交规,文明乘车;校园内杜绝了说脏话的现象;学生整体的精神面貌得到的很大的提高,通过各种礼仪操的表演和展示活动,使学生增强了自尊心、自信心和集体荣誉感。学生还带动家长共同遵守社会秩序做到:公共场所不吸烟、酒后不驾车、保护环境、爱护动物等等,礼仪歌在校园内外得到了广泛传唱。2、从体育方面看,礼仪操的教学促进了学生身体的正常发育、增强了体质。本套礼仪操培养了学生正确的身体姿态、使人体匀称和谐地发展,塑造美的形体;培养了学生正确的审美观念陶冶了情操;学生的做操兴趣有了很大的提高:以往做课间操,学生做一遍精神还好,做第二遍时就显得没有兴趣了,课间操年复一年、日复一日的单调方式也让中小学生颇为厌烦,学生有时就是应付差事,效益低下。礼仪操的创编与教学,刚好缓解了这一现状。可见这套操确实体现了小学生活泼规范、快乐向上的多姿多彩校园生活和阳光体育的精神风貌。
[Abstract]:The National work Conference on basic Education in 2001 clearly pointed out in the outline of Curriculum Reform of basic Education (trial): "to change the situation of excessive concentration of curriculum management, to implement the three-tier curriculum management of the state, party and school, and to strengthen the curriculum to the local level." The 2003 General Senior High School Curriculum Program (experiment) also proposes to give schools reasonable and adequate curriculum autonomy, to creatively implement the national curriculum for schools and to develop school curricula in accordance with local conditions. Provide guarantee for students to choose courses effectively. In this context, the school-based curriculum development in primary and secondary schools has become a very important research topic. Taking the implementation of the new curriculum as the pushing hand, Nankouzhen Primary School carried out the goal of the basic education curriculum reform in an all-round way, and created a set of elementary school pupils' etiquette exercises as the school-based curriculum of the primary school in Nankou Town. This set of school-based etiquette exercises accord with the local characteristics of primary schools in Nankou Town and the characteristics of pupils' growth and development. Their cheerful music, children's songs and rich teaching contents are popular among students. It has cultivated the civilized etiquette habits of the primary school students in Nankou town, promoted the overall development of the students' physique, laid a solid foundation for the all-round development of the students' morality, intelligence and body, and played the role of lifelong education. This paper studies the creation and implementation of "etiquette exercises" in primary schools in Nankou Town by means of questionnaire survey, field interview, field observation, experimental methods, and so on, in order to create the "elegant culture" education and the school-based curriculum in Nankou primary school in the future. Innovation, to provide a certain theoretical basis and reference value. The conclusion is: 1: 1. From the aspect of moral education, the etiquette habits of primary school students in Nankou Town have changed obviously. Students have formed a good habit of caring for the environment, so that no littering, garbage; see the teacher can stand at attention, salute hello; recess not in the campus to chase and fight, do meaningful activities; consciously abide by traffic regulations, civilized riding; The whole mental outlook of the students has been greatly improved, and the students' self-esteem, self-confidence and collective honor have been enhanced through the performances and display activities of various etiquette exercises. Students also lead their parents to abide by social order: no smoking in public places, no drinking and driving, protection of the environment, protection of animals, and so on. Etiquette songs have been widely sung in and out of the campus. The teaching of etiquette exercises promotes the normal development of students' bodies and strengthens their physique. This set of etiquette exercises has cultivated the students' correct body posture, made the human body develop symmetrically and harmoniously, molded the beautiful body, cultivated the students' correct aesthetic concept and cultivated the sentiment; the students' interest in doing exercises has been greatly improved: in the past, they have done exercises between classes. Students do a good mental, do the second time appear not interested, between classes year after year, day after day monotonous way also make primary and middle school students quite bored, students sometimes is to cope with the job, the efficiency is low. The creation and teaching of etiquette exercises just alleviates the present situation. We can see that this set of exercises really reflects the lively norms of primary school students, happy and colorful campus life and the spirit of sunshine sports.
