学校教科研不当现象及其矫正

【摘要】：正学校教科研工作落实需要建立一套科学有效的教科研管理制度。教科研制度是课题研究工作的保障,课题研究工作只有有了制度的保障才能顺利实施。学校应建立符合本校实际的科学合理的教科研制度,激发教师参与教科研工作的热情,进一步提高课题研究的实效。我们拟通过实例剖析学校教科研常见的几种不当现象,以期探寻学校教科研制度建立的有效策略。症状1:制度制定行政化[病例1]不少学校教科研制度的制定以校长的意愿为主,由学校
[Abstract]:It is necessary to establish a set of scientific and effective scientific research management system. The scientific research system is the guarantee of the research work, and the research work of the subject can be carried out smoothly only with the guarantee of the system. The school should establish a scientific and reasonable scientific research system in accordance with the actual conditions of the school, stimulate teachers' enthusiasm for participating in scientific research, and further improve the effectiveness of the research on the subject. In order to find out the effective strategies for the establishment of scientific research system in schools, we intend to analyze some common improper phenomena in school scientific research through examples. Symptom 1: institutionalization [case 1] the formulation of educational research system in many schools is based on the will of the principal and is made by the school.
