内蒙古乌海市小学家访现状及问题对策

【摘要】:随着我国素质教育不断推进,深入贯彻落实以人为本的教育理念,学校、社会和家庭都希望建立比较和谐的家校关系和师生关系,以便于促进学生全面发展。家访是家庭和学校联系的桥梁,是学校教育的延伸,有利于构建和谐的家校关系和师生关系,实现学生身心健康的全面发展。家访不仅能够培养学生德、智、体全面发展的能力,还能有效促进学校德育工作的开展,辅助小学生心理健康教育。因此,家访作为家校合作的必要手段,是教育当中必不可少的环节,对于学生身心发展具有重要意义。然而,随着电子通讯手段的普及,传统家访逐渐被电子家访所代替,但电子家访存在局限性,缺少情感的深度双向沟通,少了些“人情味”。教师、家长以及学生在家访中也存在诸多问题,教师家访被动,缺乏积极性和艺术性,家访过程流于形式等。加之内蒙古乌海市属于内蒙较偏远地区,小学生源构成相对复杂,教师和家长的沟通存在很多障碍,导致传统的“家访”面临着许多困境和尴尬。基于此,笔者立足于工作实际,对产生问题的原因进行了分析,产生此问题的原因大体分为:家访制度不完善;教师、家长意识观念淡薄;教师、家长素质参差不齐;时间、地域及经费限制;学校教育功利化;学生自我否定意识的影响。针对产生的问题及问题原因分析,笔者提出了以下问题对策:提氋认知,完善家访制度;讲究艺术,优化家访环节;创新形式,增添家访魅力;家校合力,提升教师、家长素养。通过这些策略,以期对乌海市教师开展家访工作给予相应理论指导,为乌海市相关教育部门的家访工作提供建设性意见。
[Abstract]:With the continuous promotion of quality education in our country and the implementation of the people-oriented education concept, schools, society and families all hope to establish a more harmonious relationship between home and school, teachers and students, in order to promote the all-round development of students. Home visit is a bridge between family and school and an extension of school education, which is conducive to the construction of a harmonious relationship between home and school and teacher-student relationship, and the overall development of students' physical and mental health. Home visit can not only cultivate students' ability of moral, intellectual and physical development, but also promote moral education in schools and assist the mental health education of primary school students. Therefore, as a necessary means of home-school cooperation, home visit is an essential link in education, which is of great significance to students' physical and mental development. However, with the popularity of electronic means of communication, traditional home visits are gradually replaced by electronic home visits. However, electronic home visits have limitations, lack of deep two-way communication of emotion, and lack of "human feelings". Teachers, parents and students also have a lot of problems in home visits, teachers' visits are passive, lack of enthusiasm and artistry, and the process of home visits is a mere formality. In addition, Wuhai City in Inner Mongolia belongs to the relatively remote area of Inner Mongolia, the composition of primary school students is relatively complex, and there are many obstacles in communication between teachers and parents, which leads to the traditional "home visit" facing a lot of difficulties and embarrassment. Based on this, the author based on the actual work, analyzed the causes of the problem, the reasons for this problem are generally divided into: the imperfect system of home visits; teachers, parents awareness of a weak sense; teachers, parents' quality is uneven; time, Geographical and financial constraints; utilitarianism of school education; influence of students' self-negation consciousness. Based on the analysis of the problems and the causes of the problems, the author puts forward the following countermeasures: raising cognition, perfecting the system of home visits, emphasizing art, optimizing the links of home visits, innovating forms, increasing the charm of home visits, combining forces of home and school, promoting teachers, Parental literacy. Through these strategies, the author hopes to give corresponding theoretical guidance to teachers in Wuhai City to carry out home visits, and to provide constructive suggestions for home visits of relevant education departments in Wuhai City.
