开江县农村小学音乐教育的现状调查

【摘要】：教育作为立国之根本,在二十一世纪的今天越来越被社会各界,各阶层人士所重视。随着国家改革,打开国门,以开放的姿态迎接世界。国力强盛,人民的生活富足。如何才能培养出真正杰出的人才成为了更多人思考的问题。人们开始认识到原来人才选拨制度的各种弊病,因此推行素质教育。在这样的契机之下,承担着美育功能的艺术课程得以摆脱以往被称作“豆芽课”的尴尬状况。在新课标的实施下音乐被赋予了新的理念、新的目标、新的形式、新的内容。然后在城市小学音乐教育一片欣欣向荣的背后,农村却未能跟上时代的脚步,令人堪忧。本文通过对开江县11所农村小学,2所县级小学,共13所小学的音乐教育设施设备现状、课程资源、师资情况、教育理念、学生学习情况等方面进行调查,通过对所获一手资料的分析研究,力求寻找该地区农村基础音乐教育改革和持续发展的可行之路,抛砖引玉,引起更多同行专家和学者的关注,推动开江县的农村基础音乐教育事业的发展进程与创新,进而让农村基础音乐教育得到全社会的关注,为其体系的建设与发展略尽绵薄之力。
[Abstract]:Education, as the foundation of the country, has been paid more and more attention by all walks of life and various strata in the 21 century. With the reform of our country, we should open our doors and greet the world with an open attitude. The country is strong and the people are rich in life. How to cultivate truly outstanding talents has become a problem for more people to think about. People began to recognize the original talent selection system, so the implementation of quality education. Under this opportunity, the art course with aesthetic education function can get rid of the awkward situation that was called bean sprouts class in the past. With the implementation of the new curriculum, music is endowed with new ideas, new goals, new forms, and new contents. Then, behind the flourishing music education in urban primary schools, the countryside failed to keep up with the times. This paper investigates the present situation of music education facilities, curriculum resources, teachers, educational concepts and students' learning in 11 rural primary schools in Kaijiang County and 2 county primary schools in total of 13 primary schools. Through the analysis and study of the first hand data, we try to find a feasible way for the reform and sustainable development of the rural basic music education in this area, so as to draw the attention of more experts and scholars. In order to promote the development and innovation of the rural basic music education in Kaijiang County, the rural basic music education will be paid attention to by the whole society, and the construction and development of the rural basic music education will be given a little contribution.
