德阳市小学校园足球现状的研究

【摘要】：中共中央国务院于2007年颁布了关于《中共中央国务院关于加强青少年体育增强青少年体质的意见》,发起了广泛开展“全国亿万学生阳光体育运用”的活动。该活动的发起体现了国家对体育运用的重视和对青少年健康体质的重视。青少年关系到中国足球长远发展的重大问题,如果忽视了青少年足球的发展,中国足球的明天将被断送。所以今后中国足球必须把青少年足球发展当成重中之重的任务。2009年6月10日,国家体育总局和教育部在北京联合召开了全国青少年校园足球活动工作会议,正式启动了全国青少年校园足球活动。为了推动校园足球活动的开展,经国家体育总局和教育部相关部门研究,制定《全国青少年校园足球活动实施方案》。我国于2015年3月26日颁布了《中国足球改革总体方案》来作为我国足球改革与发展的纲领性文件,从国家的层面明确了足球的战略意义,站在国家的高度规划了足球的改革和发展,其高度和力度前所未有,中国足球产业迎来了前所未有的机遇。小学足球也是发展的极大机会,小学足球活动是以学校为依托,政府发挥主导作用,整合教育和体育系统各自的优势和资源集中于学校,从而建立人才培养主渠道虽然我国校园足球的开展取得了较好的成效,但是还没有扎根到小学校园足球文化的建设中,包括一些乡镇学校根本没有涉及到校园足球的建设,因此,足球活动的开展还需要进一步的深入进行,争取让全国各地都挂起一阵足球风。德阳市是有着丰富和光辉的足球历史,为国家队和国奥队输送了很多有分量级的球员。德阳市小学在德阳市政府、德阳市教育局以及学校领导的高度重视和学生家长的大力支持下,成为德阳市最璀璨的足球星工场,他们传承了优良的足球文化,这些都是德阳市小学一直处于校园足球领先阶段的关键因素。本文主要采用了问卷调查法,发现德阳市小学生校园足球优势是学生非常喜欢,政府非常支持,具有范围广泛的校园足球联赛,同时德阳市小学生校园足球也存在一些问题。具有的优势和存在的问题具体如下:(1)德阳市小学校园足球的发展具有领导密切关注,完善政策保障、弘扬优良传统,明确发展理念、贯彻阳光体育,实施快乐足球、强调文体并重,坚持体教结合的发展优势;(2)在所有调查的小学中,学生对足球活动较为喜爱,参与度较高,大多数学生家长表示支持。德阳市小学足球与足球俱乐部密切合作,开展足球联赛和趣味足球赛,深受学生的喜爱。(3)有的学校中体育文化建设的程度都不达标,10所小学中只有两所小学在楼道、教室等地方张贴了关于足球发展和足球运动一些常识性的足球知识,包括足球的起源、足球的发展,有3所学校在学校内张贴了有名的足球运动员的相关信息。但是都没有进行足球文化的广泛性建设。(4)德阳市小学校园体育老师的学历达到了本科以上,但是高学历教师所占的比例比较少,硕士仅占了不到7%的比例,而且没有一个博士教师的存在,因此德阳市体育教师的学历水平属于中等水平,在以后教师的而引进工作中可以注意提高研究生和博士生的比例,是德阳市教师的学历结构更加合理。从教师的专业性来看,德阳市小学的所有教师中绝大部分教师属于非专业的足球教师,它们对学生进行体育方面的教学并不利于学生足球知识的增长和足球技能的提高,一般情况下,这类教师仅仅是在体育课上带领学生玩耍的教师,并不能够在学生体育技能的提高方面提到促进作用。(5)德阳市小学学生家长对参与体育运动的喜爱程度还可以,也比较支持自己的孩子积极的参加体育锻炼。很多学生家长自己也会在日常生活中进行体育锻炼,认为自己的孩子参考了体育锻炼后有助于其身体健康,能够帮助其成长。绝大部分的学生家长支持孩子参加体育运动,最主要的目的是让的身体可以得到锻炼,并没有想让孩子以此为职业,但是如果孩子自身有这方面的意愿想要成为足球运动员,有一部分家长是不支持的,也有一部分家长保持中立态度,也有一部分家长是绝对支持孩子的决定的。(6)可以从打造特色联赛、提高教师和培训员的综合素质、改变家长的态度、处理好学生足球与学习的关系、加大校园足球活动的投入等各方面发展校园足球。
