花球啦啦操引入小学体育教学的可行性及相关问题的研究

【摘要】:啦啦操在我国是一项新兴的体育运动项目,虽然起步较晚,但发展迅速,特别是受到了越来越多的年轻人的青睐。但目前就普及程度来看,并未完全进入到学校,尤其是小学。本研究以苏州市阳光城实验小学为例,对啦啦操的引入进行实践研究,旨在帮助该类学校能引进与时俱进的新兴项目,并在如何开展啦啦操运动等方面提供参考案例,从而丰富校园体育文化生活,形成学校的体育特色。本文运用文献资料法,问卷调查法,数据分析法、实验法、逻辑分析法,对苏州市阳光城实验小学学生进行调查,通过一学期的教学实践,指导学生学习花球啦啦操,为丰富学生体育课程内容,增进学生体质,提高学生参与运动的兴趣做可行性分析,为我省小学开展花球啦啦操选项课提供参考。笔者自2014年3月至6月在苏州市阳光城实验小学进行了一个学期的花球啦啦操引入实验研究,研究结论如下:1、花球啦啦操的健身特点和锻炼价值符合小学生的心理和生理发展的需求。它不仅能全面提高身体素质还能有效提高学生的心理健康水平。2、学生对花球啦啦操的强烈兴趣,是引入花球啦啦操的坚实基础,也为花球啦啦操的顺利开展奠定了基石。3、在小学体育教学实践的效果也体现了增设花球啦啦操是完全可行的,它不仅能起到对现行教材的补充和完善,更适合现代教学的特点,有助于校园特色体育文化的构建,与新课标教学理念相适应,对创设良好的教学氛围大有益处。4、将花球啦啦操引入小学体育教学中,必须要做到以校为本,全面育人,科学创新,安全实效,因校制宜,积极创编,长效贯穿,统筹兼顾等原则。5、笔者从实际出发,以“全国第一套啦啦操规定套路——1级舞蹈花球啦啦操”为参考,经过不断实验调整,创编了适合本校普通学生的花球啦啦操。经过学生们两个多月的努力练习,最终获得了姑苏区第一届校园特色自编操第一名的成绩,得到局领导、校领导、教师、学生、以及家长的好评。
[Abstract]:Cheerleading is a new sport in our country. Although it started late, it has developed rapidly, especially by more and more young people. But at present, the degree of popularity, not fully into schools, especially primary schools. This study takes the Sunshine City Experimental Primary School in Suzhou as an example to carry out a practical study on the introduction of cheerleading, in order to help this kind of schools introduce new projects that keep pace with the times, and provide reference cases on how to carry out cheerleading, etc. In order to enrich the campus sports cultural life, form the school sports characteristics. By using the methods of literature, questionnaire, data analysis, experiment and logic analysis, this paper investigates the students of the Sunshine City Experimental Primary School in Suzhou. Through the teaching practice of one semester, the author instructs the students to learn the ball and the exercises. In order to enrich the content of physical education course, improve students' physique, improve the interest of students to participate in sports to do feasibility analysis, for our province's primary school to carry out the optional course of ball and gymnastics to provide a reference. From March to June 2014, the author conducted an experimental study on the introduction of ball cheerleading at the Sunshine City Experimental Primary School in Suzhou for one semester. The results of the study are as follows: 1. The fitness characteristics and exercise value of ball cheerleading meet the psychological and physical development needs of primary school students. It can not only improve the overall physical quality, but also effectively improve the students' mental health level .2. students' strong interest in ball cheerleading is a solid foundation for introducing flower ball cheerleading. It has also laid a foundation stone for the smooth development of ball cheerleading. The effect of physical education practice in primary schools also shows that it is completely feasible to add flower ball cheerleading. It can not only complement and perfect the current teaching materials, but also be more suitable for the characteristics of modern teaching. It is helpful for the construction of sports culture with campus characteristics, in accordance with the teaching idea of the new curriculum standard, for the establishment of a good teaching atmosphere, and for the introduction of flower balls and cheerleading into the physical education teaching of primary schools, in order to be school-based and to educate people in an all-round way. Scientific innovation, safety and effectiveness, due to the principles of school system, active creation, long-term effective penetration, overall planning, etc., the author proceeds from the actual situation and takes "the first set of rules for the national cheerleading routine-level 1 dance ball cheerleading" as a reference. After constant experimental adjustment, the creation of a suitable for the school's ordinary students to play the ball. After more than two months of hard work, the students finally won the first grade of Gusu District's first self-compiling exercise of campus characteristics, which was well received by the Bureau leaders, school leaders, teachers, students, as well as parents.
