南京市小学触式橄榄球项目开展现状与推广对策

【摘要】:触式橄榄球运动是近年来兴起的一项同场对抗性的集体项目,属于简易式橄榄球一种,风靡整个西方。该运动传入中国相对较晚,由于中西方文化的差异性,导致该运动项目开展的并不成熟。当前,南京市部分中小学已经做了开展该运动的尝试,研究分析该运动开展过程中存在的问题并提出建议将有助于其更广泛的推广。本文以现阶段南京市小学触式橄榄球开展现状为研究对象,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、个案研究法、专家访谈法和数理统计法等研究方法,对南京市7所已开展该运动小学的师资、场地等基本情况以及存在的问题进行研究与分析,并结合南京市古平岗小学开展该运动的案例,对当前南京市小学校园触式橄榄球的普及与推广提出自己的建议。本文研究的结果表明:1、南京市开展触式橄榄球小学学生对触式橄榄球项目认知程度不高,主观参与原因较多,学习参与的途径主要是通过学校推广;学校开展此活动的形式以社团俱乐部为主,体育课、大课间、比赛的形式较少,内容比较单一。2、南京市开展触式橄榄球小学体育教师年龄呈现年轻化的特点,男性教师多于女性教师,教学年限偏低,教师学历以本科为主;体育教师对触式橄榄球运动的认知程度有待提高,大部分体育教师都认同该项目的价值。3、南京市开展触式橄榄球小学指导教师都是本校体育教师,没有专业的橄榄球运动背景,经常参加培训的教师较少;学生对教师触式橄榄球教学过程满意的人数较多。校领导重视该运动开展,大部分家长对学生学习参与此项运动的态度一般。4、开展学校缺乏橄榄球教材,触式橄榄球经费主要来源于学校自身,基本能够支撑活动的开展;大部分学校将训练安排在放学后,极少数学校将训练时间放于体育课上;少部分学校没有制定详细的训练计划,参加比赛场次少是这些学校共有的特点。5、针对以上存在问题,建议:学校体育教师加强对学生触式橄榄球学习的指导,激发学生学习兴趣;丰富学校橄榄球活动的内容,提升橄榄球学习的系统性;学校引进优秀专业的橄榄球教练员,加强对体育教师的指导和培训;校领导、家长需要提升对触式橄榄球运动的认识,重视该运动的开展;制定触式橄榄球学期工作、学习目标,编写规范统一的橄榄球教材;研发适合本校开展的校本课程,加强对该运动的宣传,增加比赛的场次,学校之间分享经验、共同学习、相互提高。
[Abstract]:Touch rugby is a kind of simple rugby, which is popular in the West. The movement was introduced into China relatively late, due to the differences between Chinese and Western cultures, it is not mature. At present, some primary and secondary schools in Nanjing have tried to carry out the campaign. It will be helpful to study and analyze the problems existing in the process of carrying out the campaign and put forward some suggestions. This paper takes the present situation of primary school contact rugby in Nanjing as the research object, adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, case study, expert interview and mathematical statistics, etc. Based on the research and analysis of the teachers, the site and the existing problems of the seven primary schools in Nanjing, and the case of the movement carried out by the Gupinggang Primary School in Nanjing, This paper puts forward some suggestions on the popularization and promotion of touch rugby on Nanjing primary school campus. The result of this study shows that the students' cognition of touch rugby in Nanjing is not high, and there are many reasons for their subjective participation. The main way of learning participation is to promote it through schools. The main form of this activity in the school is the club of the community, the physical education class, the big class, the competition form is less, the content is relatively simple .2.The age of the physical education teachers of the touch type rugby primary school in Nanjing presents the characteristic of younger age. Male teachers are more than female teachers, teaching years are on the low side, teachers' educational background is mainly undergraduate, and physical education teachers' cognition of touch rugby needs to be improved. Most PE teachers agree that the value of the project. Nanjing City to develop contact rugby primary school teachers are physical education teachers, there is no professional football sports background, often participate in the training of teachers less; The number of students who are satisfied with the teaching process of the teacher's touch rugby is higher. The school leaders attach importance to the development of the movement, the majority of parents to students to learn to participate in the sport's attitude. 4, the school lack of rugby teaching materials, contact rugby funding mainly from the school itself, can basically support the development of activities; Most schools arrange training after school, very few schools put training time on physical education; a few schools do not have detailed training plans, and fewer competitions are common characteristics of these schools. 5. In view of the above problems, Suggestions: school physical education teachers strengthen the guidance to students to learn contact rugby, stimulate students' interest in learning; enrich the content of school football activities, enhance the system of football learning; school introduce excellent professional football coaches, To strengthen the guidance and training of physical education teachers, school leaders, parents need to enhance the understanding of the contact rugby movement, attach importance to the development of the sport, draw up contact rugby semester work, learning goals, the preparation of standardized rugby teaching materials; To develop school-based courses suitable for our school, strengthen the publicity of the campaign, increase the number of competitions, share experiences among schools, learn together and improve each other.
