小学教师自我管理能力的现状及对策研究

【摘要】:教师自我管理指的是在教育制度和学校管理下,教师符合道德规范的、自觉、自发和自愿为之负责任的实行教育教学活动以及学习活动的行为。它能够有效促进个体教师的成长,推动基础教育改革进展,对学生的发展来说也间接地起着重要作用。教师是学校发展的最重要的因素,因此,学校在管理过程中都把教师摆在突出的位置上。然而,目前小学教师在自我管理过程中存在着诸多问题,已经成为目前教育教学实践中必须思考和亟待解决的最重要问题之一。本研究分为四个部分。第一个部分主要阐述该研究的背景、内容、研究方法、文献综述、相关概念与理论基础。第二部分分析了小学教师自我管理能力的现状。研究中主要采用问卷调查法,选取了大连市西岗区八所不同层次的小学教师作为调查对象,采用自编“小学教师自我管理现状调查问卷”,共发放问卷400份,收回有效问卷325份。第三部分总结出小学教师自我管理过程中存在的问题和成因。研究中配以访谈法,对个别教师进行访谈,针对小学教师自我管理现状中的问题及原因进行深入的分析。得到以下结论:教师忽视师德重要性、教师缺乏明确自评目标、教师缺少科研时间与精力、教师缺少自主学习主动性、教师自身专业发展受外界因素制约。第四部分针对相关问题提出了一些合理化的建议:加强教师队伍的师德建设;建立科学的自我管理体系;创设教师科研学习的时间与氛围;激发小学教师自我管理的内驱力;教育相关部门提供帮助与支持。
[Abstract]:Teachers' self-management refers to the moral, voluntary, voluntary and responsible implementation of educational and learning activities under the educational system and school management. It can effectively promote the growth of individual teachers, promote the progress of basic education reform, and indirectly play an important role in the development of students. Teachers are the most important factors in the development of schools. However, at present, there are many problems in the process of self-management of primary school teachers, which have become one of the most important problems that must be considered and solved urgently in the current educational practice. This research is divided into four parts. The first part mainly describes the background, content, research methods, literature review, related concepts and theoretical basis. The second part analyzes the present situation of primary school teachers' self-management ability. In the research, the author mainly adopts the method of questionnaire, selects eight primary school teachers of different levels in Xigang district of Dalian as the object of investigation, and adopts the questionnaire of self-management of primary school teachers, which is composed of 400 questionnaires. 325 valid questionnaires were collected. The third part summarizes the problems and causes in the process of primary school teachers' self-management. In this study, the author used interview method to interview individual teachers, and analyzed the problems and causes of primary school teachers' self-management. The conclusions are as follows: teachers ignore the importance of teachers' ethics, teachers lack clear self-evaluation goals, teachers lack of time and energy for scientific research, teachers lack initiative of autonomous learning, and teachers' own professional development is restricted by external factors. The fourth part puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the related problems: strengthening the construction of teachers' ethics, establishing a scientific self-management system, creating the time and atmosphere of teachers' scientific research study, stimulating the internal drive of primary school teachers' self-management; Education related departments to provide assistance and support.
