小学高年级学生自我管理能力发展现状及培养策略研究

【摘要】：培养学生自我管理能力是发展素质教育的需要。素质教育提倡学生自我教育、自我管理、主动发展。小学生自我管理能力就是要引导小学生在生活、学习、工作中学会自己管理自己的能力,自我管理的核心是自我约束、自我调控、自我教育、自我反思及自我发展。本研究以小学高年级学生为研究对象,通过对增城地区各镇街小学高年级学生的调查研究,发现一些小学高年级学生存在自我管理意识不高,自我管理能力不强,自我管理内容不规范,自我管理方法不正确的问题。同时,学校和家长对学生自我管理能力培养不够重视,也缺乏有效的培养措施。本人经过实践探索,结合相关理论及小学生身心发展的规律,提出了促进小学高年级学生自我管理能力发展的五大策略:一是创建利于学生自我管理发展的校园环境;二是探索切实可行的学生自我管理能力培养模式;三是激发学生内在动力,提升学生自我管理的需要;四是激活多彩活动模式,促进学生自我管理实践经验的积累;五是促使家长端正教育观念,重视孩子自我管理能力的养成。
[Abstract]:It is necessary to develop quality education to cultivate students' self-management ability. Quality education advocates self-education, self-management and active development of students. Pupils' self-management ability is to guide pupils to learn to manage themselves in life, study and work. The core of self-management is self-restraint, self-regulation, self-education, self-reflection and self-development. This research takes the primary school senior students as the research object, through the investigation and the research to the Zengcheng district each town street elementary school high grade student, found that some elementary school senior students have the low self-management consciousness, the self-management ability is not strong. Self-management content is not standardized, self-management methods are not correct. At the same time, schools and parents do not pay enough attention to the cultivation of students' self-management ability, and lack effective training measures. Through practice and exploration, combined with the relevant theory and the law of pupils' physical and mental development, I put forward five strategies to promote the development of self-management ability of senior students in primary schools: first, to create a campus environment conducive to the development of students' self-management; The second is to explore the practical mode of cultivating students' self-management ability, the third is to stimulate students' internal motivation and to promote the needs of students' self-management, the fourth is to activate the colorful activity model and promote the accumulation of students' practical experience in self-management. Fifth, parents are urged to correct their educational concepts and attach importance to the cultivation of their children's self-management ability.
