小学社团活动管理存在的问题与对策

【摘要】：小学社团活动是小学课堂教学的有效拓展和延伸,是小学生特长发展和个性形成的有效形式。小学社团活动为学生特长的发展、个性的形成提供了平台,对于培养学生的团队意识和合作精神、丰富学生的知识、提高学生人际交往能力、促进学生全面发展有着积极的推动作用。但由于社团活动缺少理论和实践的指导,社团管理中还存在各种各样的问题,影响了社团的健康发展。只有解决了这些问题,小学社团活动才能真正发挥其作用。
[Abstract]:Primary school community activity is an effective expansion and extension of primary school classroom teaching, and is an effective form of pupils' special development and personality formation. The activities of primary school associations provide a platform for the development of students' special abilities and the formation of their personalities, which can help to cultivate students' sense of teamwork and cooperation, enrich students' knowledge, and improve their interpersonal skills. Promoting the all-round development of students plays a positive role in promoting the development of students. However, due to the lack of theoretical and practical guidance in community activities, there are still various problems in the management of associations, which affect the healthy development of societies. Only when these problems are solved, can primary school community activities really play their role.
