“校长挑战杯”青少年健康促进行动计划在紫竹小学应用的实验研究

【摘要】：青少年的健康成长历来受到国家与政府的广泛关注,并为此付出了大量的实际行动。然而,多次的青少年体质测试数据显示,我国青少年的健康水平仍不容乐观。本研究在梳理国内外青少年健康促进发展历程与总结分析国内外青少年健康促进行动计划的基础上,发现国外青少年健康促进有许多先进的理念值得借鉴。于是受其理念的启发,充分考虑中国的实际情况与国家之间的文化差异,针对小学生身心发展的特点制定了“校长挑战杯”健康促进行动计划,以探寻适合我国青少年发展的健康促进行动计划。本研究选择上海市华东师范大学附属紫竹小学三年级与四年级的学生作为研究对象,其中实验组均为31人,对照组均为32人,并采用文献资料法、实验法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等科学研究方法,深入分析“校长挑战杯”健康促进行动计划对小学生身体形态、身体活动、体质健康、体育学习态度、身体活动社会支持与营养饮食等方面的影响,以探讨适合我国青少年发展的健康促进行动计划。通过一学期为期四个月的健康促进行动计划的实施,本研究得到如下结论：1.“校长挑战杯”健康促进行动计划中评价的激励作用与多元联动效应能够有效改善小学生的体质健康水平,帮助小学生不断提高身体素质,特别是对速度与爆发力的提升具有显著性的效果。2.“校长挑战杯”健康促进行动计划的奖励导向与多元联动效应能提升家长与小学生的身体活动意识,鼓励他们将身体活动纳入到日常的生活中,形成积极的生活方式,为健康打下坚实的基础。3.“校长挑战杯”健康促进行动计划中评价的反馈作用与多元联动效应能够改善小学生进行身体活动的社会支持环境,让小学生在更加优越与有利的环境中进行身体锻炼,养成体育锻炼的习惯。4.“校长挑战杯”健康促进行动计划的奖励导向与内容的进阶性对小学生参与体育学习过程中的学习态度、情意表现和合作精神与健康行为具有非常显著的影响,帮助小学生提高体育学习的兴趣。
[Abstract]:The healthy growth of young people has always been widely concerned by the state and the government, and has paid a lot of practical action for this. However, many young people's physical test data show that the health level of young people in our country is still not optimistic. This study is to comb the development process of young people's health at home and abroad and summarize and analyze the health of young people at home and abroad. On the basis of the promotion action plan, it is found that there are many advanced ideas for promoting the health promotion of young people in foreign countries. This study chooses the students of grade three and four in Shanghai's affiliated Zizhu primary school as the research object, including 31 in the experimental group and 32 in the control group, and by the methods of literature, experiment, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and other scientific research methods, An in-depth analysis of the impact of the "principal challenge cup" health promotion action plan on the physical form, physical activity, physical health, physical learning attitude, physical activity social support and nutrition diet for primary school students in order to explore the health promotion action plan suitable for the development of young people in China. The feedback effect and multiple linkage effect can improve the social support environment for primary school students to carry out their physical activities, let the pupils take physical exercise in a more advantageous and favorable environment, and develop the habit of physical exercise,.4. Learning attitude, emotional expression and cooperative spirit in the learning process have a very significant impact on healthy behavior and help pupils improve their interest in sports learning.
