临汾市J小学少先队文化建设个案研究

【摘要】:在少先队组织和事业发展的历史背景下,由于新时期党对文化建设的高度重视,团中央、全国少工委对加强少先队文化建设的明确要求,加上少先队自身发展的需要,党团队对少先队文化建设给予高度关注,一代又一代少年儿童在少先队文化磁场的影响下受到感染和熏陶。在看到少先队文化受到广泛关注的同时,也要客观研究现阶段少先队文化建设现状。本研究主要运用个案研究法,辅以文献法、文本分析法等科学的研究方法,遵循从理论到实践、再到思考的逻辑顺序,以少先队文化及少先队文化建设相关理论为基础,主要围绕什么是少先队文化、如何生成少先队文化、少先队文化建设过程中存在哪些问题及怎样主动建设少先队文化等几个主要问题,对个案学校临汾市J小学在“家校育人联合体”平台下打造出来的“家校携手育人”的少先队“创意”文化建设进行从理论到实践的全景描述。本文在做文献综述时重点截取文化的概念,为界定“少先队文化”搭建桥梁;其次,鉴于少先队的政治属性及组织属性,在少先队文化建设的过程中要着重处理好“少先队文化的共性”及“少先队文化建设的个性”之间的关系,所以,在对少先队文化建设进行整体建构之前,借鉴“文化建设”的分类,将少先队文化打造成“三层六分”结构,结合目标学校少先队文化建设的个案透视,对少先队文化形成的全过程进行研究,探索少先队文化建设的策略,进行少先队文化建设的路径探寻,从而为其他中小学校的少先队文化建设提供可被借鉴的思路和可供操作的方法,为少先队文化建设提供新思路新视角。全文分为四部分:第一部分为绪论,第二部分以临汾市J小学“家校携手育人”少先队“创意”文化建设为例,从内核系统、中间系统及少先队表层系统三层六分结构对个案学校的少先队文化建设整体过程进行了全景描述;第三部分上升至较高层次,结合当下少先队文化建设现状,阐述了个案学校少先队文化建设带给实践的反思;第四部分基于实践又高于实践,站在理论层面简单构建了少先队文化建设的策略,为进一步推动其他学校少先队自觉有效地建设少先队文化提供实践指导与决策依据。
[Abstract]:Under the historical background of the organization and career development of the Young Pioneers, due to the great importance attached by the Party to cultural construction in the new period, the clear requirements of the Central Committee of the League and the National Youth work Committee to strengthen the cultural construction of the Young Pioneers, as well as the needs of the Young Pioneers' own development, The Party team paid great attention to the cultural construction of the Young Pioneers, and the young children and children of generation after generation were infected and nurtured under the influence of the cultural magnetic field of the Young Pioneers. At the same time, it is necessary to objectively study the present situation of the construction of the Young Pioneers' culture. This research mainly uses the case study method, supplemented by the literature method, text analysis and other scientific research methods, following the logical sequence from theory to practice, then to thinking, based on the Young Pioneers Culture and the related theories of the Young Pioneers Culture Construction. It mainly revolves around what is the Young Pioneer Culture, how to generate the Young Pioneer Culture, what problems exist in the process of the Young Pioneer Culture Construction and how to take the initiative to build the Young Pioneer Culture. This paper gives a panoramic description of the "creative" cultural construction of the Young Pioneers "Home and School work together to educate people" created by the case school Linfen J Primary School under the platform of "Home and School Education Union" from theory to practice. This paper focuses on intercepting the concept of culture in the literature review to build a bridge to define the "Young Pioneer Culture". Secondly, in view of the political and organizational attributes of the Young Pioneers, In the process of the cultural construction of the Young Pioneers, the relationship between "the commonness of the Young Pioneers' Culture" and "the individuality of the Young Pioneers' Cultural Construction" should be handled well. Therefore, before the overall construction of the Young Pioneers' cultural construction, Referring to the classification of "cultural construction", this paper constructs the culture of the Young Pioneers into a structure of "three levels and six points", and studies the whole process of the formation of the Young Pioneers' culture, combining with the perspective of the individual cases of the construction of the Young Pioneers' culture in the target schools. To explore the strategy of the cultural construction of the Young Pioneers, to explore the path of the construction of the Culture of the Young Pioneers, so as to provide reference ideas and operational methods for the construction of the Young Pioneers in other primary and secondary schools. To provide a new way of thinking and new perspective for the cultural construction of the Young Pioneers. The full text is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction, the second part takes the cultural construction of the "Young Pioneers" creative team in Linfen J Primary School as an example, from the kernel system, The middle system and the surface system of the Young Pioneers have a panoramic description of the overall process of the construction of the Young Pioneers' culture in the case school. The third part rises to a higher level, combining with the present situation of the Young Pioneers' cultural construction. The fourth part, based on practice and higher than practice, simply constructs the strategy of the construction of Young Pioneers' culture on the theoretical level. It provides practical guidance and decision-making basis for further promoting the young pioneers in other schools to construct the young pioneers' culture consciously and effectively.
