基于电子学档的移动端小学生综合素质评价系统的设计与分析

【摘要】:综合素质评价已被上海市正式纳入高校招录参考之一,《中国学生发展核心素养》也明确了以培养“全面发展的人”为核心。随着教育改革的深入推进,综合素质评价作为教育改革的一个重要环节,不断被探索与研究。但是笔者发现由于地区发展程度不一、规范不明等各种因素的限制,在实施的过程中还存在许多的问题,例如评价素养指标明确性不强,评价缺乏具体依据和参考、评价流程复杂繁琐流于形式、小学阶段的素质培养易被忽视、评价工具传统落后等。另一方面,由于近年来移动互联网技术的飞速发展,学生综合素质评价的形式开始从纸质化向电子化跨越。然而笔者经过调查研究发现,大多综合素质评价电子化系统都是基于Web平台,其技术规范已经逐步成熟,相比之下移动端系统的研究就显得比较空白。虽然个别企业有过开发,但是使用情况不尽如意,规范标准五花八门,内容功能也不够完整。在移动网络不断突破的时代背景下,时间更趋向碎片化和灵活化,手持移动设备以其携带方便、接触率高、轻巧灵活、不受地点限制、交互性强等优势,相比Web平台设备更能满足使用者随时随地操作的需求。而“电子学档”概念的引入,使得综合素质评价支持系统有了具体直观的参考和依据,更好地发挥了过程性评价的优势。因此,笔者研究后提出了现存小学生综合素质评价问题优化方案,在此基础上构建了基于电子学档的小学生综合素质评价系统模型,并进行了详细设计与分析,该系统主要包含学生成长档案、综合素质评价、学业评估及体质健康四大子系统。
[Abstract]:Comprehensive quality evaluation has been formally included in Shanghai as one of the references for admission to colleges and universities. "Core Literacy of Chinese students' Development" has also made it clear that the core is to cultivate "people with all-round development". With the development of educational reform, comprehensive quality evaluation, as an important part of educational reform, has been continuously explored and studied. However, the author finds that there are still many problems in the process of implementation due to the different degree of regional development and the limitation of various factors such as unclear norms, such as the lack of clarity of evaluation literacy indicators and the lack of concrete basis and reference for evaluation. The evaluation process is complicated and tedious, the quality training in primary school is easy to be ignored, and the traditional evaluation tools are backward. On the other hand, due to the rapid development of mobile Internet technology in recent years, the form of comprehensive quality evaluation of students began to leap from paper to electronic. However, through investigation and research, the author found that most of the comprehensive quality evaluation electronic systems are based on the Web platform, its technical specifications have gradually matured, by contrast, the mobile system research appears to be relatively blank. Although individual enterprises have been developed, but the situation is not satisfactory, standardized standards, content function is not complete. Under the background of the continuous breakthrough of mobile network, time tends to be fragmented and flexible. Handheld mobile devices have the advantages of convenient carrying, high contact rate, lightness and flexibility, no limitation of location, strong interaction, etc. Compared with Web platform devices, it can meet the needs of users at any time and anywhere. With the introduction of the concept of "electronic learning file", the comprehensive quality evaluation support system has a concrete and intuitive reference and basis, which brings into play the advantages of process evaluation. Therefore, after the study, the author puts forward the optimization scheme of the comprehensive quality evaluation of primary school students, and on this basis, constructs a model of the comprehensive quality evaluation system for pupils based on electronic records, and designs and analyzes it in detail. The system mainly includes four subsystems: student growth file, comprehensive quality evaluation, academic evaluation and physical health.
