基于课程标准的小学科学学业评价测试框架开发研究

【摘要】:随着科技迅猛的发展,科学教育也被世界所瞩目。各国纷纷进行课程改革并制定相应的课程标准。《全日制义务教育科学(3~6)课程标准》(实验稿)是小学科学课程的指导性文件,其中对该课的性质、理念、目标、内容、教学及评价等进行了详细具体的论述。并强调“小学科学课程是以培养科学素养为宗旨的科学启蒙课”。其中,《全日制义务教育科学(3~6)课程标准》(实验稿)不但是教师教学实践的关键性指导,同时是学业评价实施地重要的基础,是学业评价达至公平的基石,并承担着学业评价的功能与职责。目前在国际考试命题的过程中,相关测试工具的开发设计需要以课程标准为基础,故而学业评价应建立在课程标准之上即基于课程标准而又高于课程标准。这要把小学科学的课程标准相应的转化为学业评价的评价标准,用来约束学业评价的理念,开发评价测试框架,界定评价范围与内容及认知维度,满足公众问责,诊断与改进教学。为了考量小学生学习与发展的实际状况,应进行教育质量方面的监测与问责,以期改善教学、激发学习、实现课程宗旨即提高小学生的科学素养。那么,就需要开发相应的测量工具进行小学科学学业评价。当前的学业评价的考察维度较单一。鉴于严峻的竞争与艰难的挑战,要想全面的诊断与激发小学生高效的学习,学业评价维度急需扩大。本研究主要依据当前国际测评项目、教育目标分类理论并结合我国的《小学科学的课程标准》和评价实践以及小学生自身的特点从理论和实践两个层面进行研究,从而构建基于课程标准、科学、合理的测试框架。并编制相应的命题双向细目表。以期凭纸笔测试考查小学五年级学生的科学素养。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, science education is also attracting the attention of the world. Various countries have carried out curriculum reform and set up corresponding curriculum standards. < full time compulsory education science (3~6) curriculum standard > (experimental draft) "is the guiding document of primary science curriculum, which is detailed in the nature, concept, goal, content, teaching and evaluation of the course. It emphasizes that "the primary science curriculum is a scientific enlightenment course with the aim of cultivating scientific literacy". Among them, the curriculum standard of full time compulsory education science (3~6) is not only the key guidance of the teaching practice of teachers, but also the important foundation for the implementation of academic evaluation, and is the cornerstone of fairness in academic evaluation. In the course of the international examination proposition, the development and design of related testing tools should be based on the curriculum standards, so the academic evaluation should be based on the curriculum standard, which is based on the curriculum standard and higher than the curriculum standard. The evaluation criteria are used to constrain the concept of academic evaluation, develop the framework of evaluation and test, define the scope and content and cognitive dimension of the evaluation, meet the public accountability, diagnose and improve the teaching. In order to examine the actual situation of pupils' learning and development, the monitoring and accountability of the quality of education should be carried out in order to improve the teaching and stimulate the learning. The purpose of the present course is to improve the scientific literacy of primary school students. Then, it is necessary to develop the corresponding measurement tools for the evaluation of primary school science. The current academic evaluation has a relatively single dimension. In view of the severe competition and difficult challenges, it is necessary to make a comprehensive diagnosis and stimulate the high efficiency of primary school students, and the dimension of academic evaluation needs to be expanded urgently. The research is based on the current international evaluation project, the theory of educational goal classification and the study of the two levels of theory and practice in combination with the curriculum standards of primary science and evaluation practice and the characteristics of primary school students, thus building a framework of testing based on curriculum standards, scientific and reasonable.
