基于课程标准的小学科学学业评价测试框架开发研究

【摘要】:随着科技迅猛的发展,科学教育也被世界所瞩目。各国纷纷进行课程改革并制定相应的课程标准。《全日制义务教育科学(3~6)课程标准》(实验稿)是小学科学课程的指导性文件,其中对该课的性质、理念、目标、内容、教学及评价等进行了详细具体的论述。并强调“小学科学课程是以培养科学素养为宗旨的科学启蒙课”。其中,《全日制义务教育科学(3~6)课程标准》(实验稿)不但是教师教学实践的关键性指导,同时是学业评价实施地重要的基础,是学业评价达至公平的基石,并承担着学业评价的功能与职责。目前在国际考试命题的过程中,相关测试工具的开发设计需要以课程标准为基础,故而学业评价应建立在课程标准之上即基于课程标准而又高于课程标准。这要把小学科学的课程标准相应的转化为学业评价的评价标准,用来约束学业评价的理念,开发评价测试框架,界定评价范围与内容及认知维度,满足公众问责,诊断与改进教学。为了考量小学生学习与发展的实际状况,应进行教育质量方面的监测与问责,以期改善教学、激发学习、实现课程宗旨即提高小学生的科学素养。那么,就需要开发相应的测量工具进行小学科学学业评价。当前的学业评价的考察维度较单一。鉴于严峻的竞争与艰难的挑战,要想全面的诊断与激发小学生高效的学习,学业评价维度急需扩大。本研究主要依据当前国际测评项目、教育目标分类理论并结合我国的《小学科学的课程标准》和评价实践以及小学生自身的特点从理论和实践两个层面进行研究,从而构建基于课程标准、科学、合理的测试框架。并编制相应的命题双向细目表。以期凭纸笔测试考查小学五年级学生的科学素养。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, science education has also attracted the attention of the world. Curriculum reform and corresponding curriculum standards have been carried out one after another in various countries. The Curriculum Standards for Full-time compulsory Education Science (Experimental draft) is the guiding document of the science curriculum in primary schools, in which the nature, concept, objectives and contents of the course are discussed. Teaching and evaluation are discussed in detail. It also emphasizes that the primary school science curriculum is a scientific enlightenment course aimed at cultivating scientific literacy. Among them, the Curriculum Standard of "Full-time compulsory Education Science" (Experimental draft) is not only the key guidance of teachers' teaching practice, but also the important foundation of the implementation of academic evaluation, and the cornerstone of academic evaluation to achieve fairness. This study is mainly based on the current international evaluation projects, the classification theory of educational objectives, the curriculum standards of primary school science and the evaluation practice of our country, and the characteristics of primary school students from the theoretical and practical aspects. In order to build a scientific and reasonable testing framework based on curriculum standards. The corresponding bidirectional list of propositions is compiled.
