校长改革的胆略去哪儿了

【摘要】：正校长的胆略不只包含勇往直前的勇气,还有绵延迂回的智慧和默默坚守的"理性平和"。中国的校长最缺什么?改革的胆略。校长缺乏改革的胆略,学校就缺乏自下而上的改革文化。没有改革的土壤,最理想的蓝图也无法实现,最好的顶层设计也只是一纸空文。改革勇气来自哪里好多校长有改革愿望,也能整体策划,却往往在领导的要求、教师的质疑、家长的反对声中,退避三舍。
[Abstract]:The principal's courage consists not only of courage, but also of twilight wisdom and quiet peace of reason. What is the lack of a principal in China? The boldness of reform. Without the courage to reform, the school lacks a bottom-up culture of reform. Without the soil of reform, the ideal blueprint can not be achieved, and the best top-level design is a dead letter. The courage of reform comes from where many principals have the desire to reform, can also plan as a whole, but often in the leadership requirements, teachers' doubts, parents' opposition, retreat.
