【摘要】：正不管是出于"赢在起跑线"的心理还是"跑赢全程"的需要,让孩子在学习上"抢跑"已经成为当下许多家长的惯常做法。许多学生在家庭教育或社会办学机构里获得了不少超进度、超范围、超难度的知识,导致了学校课堂教学中学生"越位"现象的广泛出现。"越位"学生是否真超越了正常的学业水平?"越位"现象对正常教学的影响是什么?面对"越位",教师应该如何应对?对于一线教师而言,这些都是亟须研究和解决的问题。一、"越位"现象及其表现
