【摘要】：正2014年下半年,我参加了为期两周的赴台培训,带我的"师傅"是台湾昌平国小校长张信务。一走进他的学校,我立刻感受到无处不在的浓浓的教育气息,我被张信务校长的人格魅力和他的魅力学校深深吸引着……魅力校长张信务校长,人如其名,诚信、务实。他用自己的睿智与热情,以及时时散发出的"永续经营"之理念,将学校打造成了梦想城堡。他是一位有思想、有创见的校长,他的教育智慧影响着团队中的每一个成员。
[Abstract]:In the second half of 2014, I attended a two-week training trip to Taiwan, with my "master" Zhang Xinwu, the principal of Changping Primary School in Taiwan. As soon as I walked into his school, I immediately felt the strong atmosphere of education everywhere. I was deeply attracted by the charisma of principal Zhang Xinwu and his charm school. Charisma principal Zhang Xin Wu principal, people such as his name, integrity, pragmatic. He built the school into a dream castle with his wisdom and passion and the idea of sustainable management.
