童心教育:为教育的真正意义而来

【摘要】：正童心教育价值观的提出不是"装点门面",而是要通过教师的言语与行动呈现出来,成为"看得见的童心",获得家长和学生的信任。2010年,我校在借鉴中外先进教育理念的基础上提出了属于自己的教育哲学——童心教育,其要义是"葆童真,激童趣",旨在终结儿童成人化倾向,把对儿童的教育工作转到"童心为本"上来。童心教育的提出,在于敬畏儿童成长的规律,也是学校品质提升、内涵发展的自我要求。我们通过制度建设、课程设计以及教师发
[Abstract]:The concept of positive childlike education is not to "decorate", but to become "visible childlike" through teachers' words and actions, and gain the trust of parents and students. On the basis of drawing lessons from Chinese and foreign advanced educational concepts, our school puts forward its own educational philosophy-childlike education, whose main meaning is to "preserve the innocence of children and stimulate children's interest" in order to end the tendency of children to become adults. The education of children should be transferred to "childlike heart-oriented".
