济南市社会少儿钢琴教育现状的调查和研究

【摘要】:本文结合近年来济南市音乐文化、社会音乐教育的发展状况,对济南市社会艺术培训机构、钢琴教师、学生、家长以及济南市社会钢琴考级、钢琴比赛等进行调查研究。通过现场调查、问卷调查等多种方法,对济南市社会少儿钢琴教育的类型、教育教学现状、师资水平、社会钢琴教育相关活动等有了较为全面的了解。目前济南市社会少儿钢琴教育大致分为四种类型:一种是公立艺术学校中开展的钢琴课;另一种是由政府部门主办的校外艺术教育机构中的钢琴课;还有一种是私立的艺术培训机构中开设的钢琴课;最后一种是私人家庭授课。本文主要研究的是第三种私立艺术培训机构中的少儿钢琴教育,即社会少儿钢琴教育。填补济南市社会少儿钢琴教育现状研究的空白,是本文的创新点。通过对济南市私立艺术培训机构的现场调查结合对钢琴教师、学生及家长的问卷调查分析,可以发现济南市社会少儿钢琴教育存在一些问题,例如艺术培训机构的管理体制不够完善,优秀钢琴教师匮乏,教材使用欠合理,教学组织形式、教学方法及教学内容不够丰富等等。针对调查中出现的问题,分别对艺术培训机构、钢琴教师、学生家长以及济南市相关负责部门提出合理的建议和对策。调查和分析结果不仅有利于济南市相关教育部门重视目前社会少儿钢琴教育存在的问题,对山东省其他地区的社会钢琴教育也具有借鉴意义。正文分为五部分。第一部分为引言,简述本课题的研究背景、研究意义、研究方法及研究对象。第二部分介绍济南市社会少儿钢琴教育的概况及意义。第三部分是对济南市社会少儿钢琴教育现状的调研与分析,包括对济南市社会艺术培训机构、钢琴教师、学生、家长以及社会音乐活动的调查研究。通过实地考察、调查问卷等多种形式,对济南市目前社会少儿钢琴教育状况有了进一步了解,对调查中出现的问题进行概括总结。第四部分针对济南市社会少儿钢琴教育的现状,提出可行性建议。分别从艺术培训机构、钢琴教师、家长、社会相关负责部门这四个方面来阐述。第五部分为结语,对全文进行归纳总结,为济南市社会少儿钢琴教育的发展贡献一份力量。
[Abstract]:Based on the development of music culture and social music education in Jinan in recent years, this paper investigates and studies the social art training institutions, piano teachers, students, parents, social piano examination grades and piano competitions in Jinan. Through field investigation, questionnaire and other methods, the author has a more comprehensive understanding of the types of social piano education for children in Jinan, the present situation of education and teaching, the level of teachers, and the related activities of social piano education. At present, there are four types of piano education for children in Jinan: one is piano lessons in public art schools, the other is piano lessons in off-campus art education institutions sponsored by government departments. There are also piano lessons offered in private art training institutions and, finally, private home lessons. This paper mainly studies the children's piano education in the third kind of private art training institutions, that is, the social children's piano education. It is the innovation of this paper to fill the blank of the present situation of piano education for children in Jinan. Through the on-the-spot investigation of the private art training institutions in Jinan and the questionnaire survey on piano teachers, students and parents, we can find that there are some problems in the piano education of children in Jinan. For example, the management system of art training institutions is not perfect, excellent piano teachers are scarce, teaching materials are not used properly, teaching organization forms, teaching methods and teaching contents are not rich enough, and so on. Aiming at the problems in the investigation, this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions and countermeasures to the art training institutions, piano teachers, parents of students and the relevant departments in Jinan. The results of investigation and analysis are not only helpful for the relevant education departments in Jinan to pay attention to the problems existing in the current social piano education for children, but also have reference significance for the social piano education in other areas of Shandong Province. The text is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, briefly describes the research background, research significance, research methods and research objects. The second part introduces the general situation and significance of social piano education in Jinan. The third part is the investigation and analysis of the present situation of social children's piano education in Jinan, including the investigation and research on the social art training institutions, piano teachers, students, parents and social music activities in Jinan. Through field investigation, questionnaire and other forms, this paper makes a further understanding of the current situation of piano education for children in Jinan, and summarizes the problems in the investigation. The fourth part is aimed at the present situation of children's piano education in Jinan, and puts forward some feasible suggestions. From the art training institutions, piano teachers, parents, social departments responsible for these four aspects to elaborate. The fifth part is the conclusion, which makes a contribution to the development of children's piano education in Jinan.
