小学生课堂问题行为现状及应对策略研究

【摘要】:小学生课堂问题行为是指在学校的课堂教学中,小学生做出的违反课堂规则和教学要求以及影响正常的教学进度和教学效率的行为。课堂是教师教学和学生学习的主要阵地,有序的课堂秩序是保证课堂教学目标达成的前提条件。但在实际教学当中,小学生的课堂问题行为还是普遍存在,这也是一直困扰教育研究者和教师的难题,其不仅会影响教师的教学质量和教学进度,对教师正常的教学活动带来消极的影响,还对小学生自己的学习和身心健康产生影响。在新课程改革的教育背景下,随着社会的不断发展,小学生的课堂问题行为依然没有得到缓解,成为困扰学校一线课堂的重要问题。本文运用了问卷法、访谈法等研究方法,首先对小学生课堂问题行为现状进行了调查并对其进行了阐述,分析了小学生课堂问题行为的特点以及表现形式;其次,在对小学生课堂问题行为现状的调查以及对调查结果分析的基础上,分别从学生自身、教师、环境因素等方面分析了产生小学生课堂问题行为的具体原因;最后,有针对性地提出了解决小学生课堂问题行为的策略。本文通过调查小学生课堂问题行为的现状,对其表现形式及特点进行了分析和阐述,根据问卷和访谈结果具体分析了产生小学生课堂问题行为多方面原因并有针对性地提出了应对策略,希望能够对一线教师在对小学生课堂问题行为的解决上有所帮助,提高课堂效率,达成教学目标。
[Abstract]:Classroom problem behavior of primary school students refers to the behavior of violating classroom rules and teaching requirements and affecting normal teaching progress and teaching efficiency in the classroom teaching of primary school students. Classroom is the main position of teachers' teaching and students' learning, and orderly classroom order is the precondition to ensure the achievement of classroom teaching goals. However, in the actual teaching, the classroom problem behavior of primary school students is still widespread, which is also a difficult problem for educational researchers and teachers all the time. It will not only affect the teaching quality and teaching progress of teachers. It has a negative effect on teachers' normal teaching activities, and also has an impact on pupils' own learning and physical and mental health. Under the background of the new curriculum reform, with the continuous development of society, the classroom problem behavior of primary school students has not been alleviated, which has become an important problem puzzling the first-line classroom. In this paper, the questionnaire method, interview method and other research methods are used to investigate the current situation of primary school students' classroom problem behavior, and analyze the characteristics and manifestations of primary school students' classroom problem behavior. On the basis of the investigation of pupils' classroom problem behavior and the analysis of the results of the investigation, this paper analyzes the specific causes of the pupils' classroom problem behavior from the aspects of students themselves, teachers and environmental factors. The strategies to solve the classroom problems of primary school students are put forward. By investigating the present situation of classroom problem behavior of primary school students, this paper analyzes and expounds its manifestation and characteristics. According to the results of questionnaires and interviews, this paper analyzes the causes of classroom problem behavior of primary school students and puts forward corresponding strategies, hoping to be helpful to the first-line teachers in solving the classroom problem behavior of primary school students. Improve classroom efficiency and achieve teaching goals.
