田径运动对郑州市足球试点小学运动员体能提高的研究

【摘要】:2009年4月,国家体育总局和教育部联合下发了《关于开展全国少年校园足球活动的通知》,并号召全国大中小学校开展校园足球活动。为了进一步推进足球运动的开展,2012年12月经河南省教育厅、省体育局研究,下达《关于组织开展河南省少年校园足球省级试点工作的通知》,决定在郑州市等地开展校园足球试点工作的基础。2015年在《国务院办公厅关于印发足球改革发展总体方案的通知》(国办发[2015]11号)指出发挥足球育人功能,推进校园足球普及,促进文化学习与足球技能共同发展,促进少年足球人才模式培养。体能作为各项运动的基础,无疑是发展足球运动的关键,发展体能也要从小抓起,在小学足球运动中发展体能训练具有重要的意义。笔者认为在发展小学足球运动中,足球体能训练应在训练中占有一定的比例,因为只有具备良的体能才能更好的提高足球技术,田径运动能够有效地发展运动员的速度、力量、耐力、灵敏和协调能力,教练员可以通过田径运动训练方法结合足球项目特点,遵循小学阶段足球运动员生长发育的规律开展体能,全面协调发展运动员一般体能训练。本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、比较分析法、数理统计法并以田径运动作为足球体能训练的基础作用为切入点,对郑州市11所试点小学校园足球体能训练为研究对象,对其体能训练研究得出以下结论:1郑州市小学足球试点学校部分教师对少年足球体能训练重要性的重视程度不够。部分学校如郑上路小学、农业路小学等传统足球学校,日常足球训练中重视体能与技能的训练全面发展,在近年来比赛中取得优异的成绩。2田径运动作为各个项目运动的基础,能够快速有效地发展运动员速度、力量、耐力、协调和灵敏等基本素质,增强运动员体质从而获得运动技能,提高运动员成绩,培养运动员的意志品质。3田径运动能够有效地发展体能,但是在足球运动员体能中,需要考虑运动项目和少年运动员生长发育的特点以及其他的环境因素,根据小学足球运动员生长发育的特点,可结合田径训练手段与方法,发展少年足球运动员的一般体能。4 U7-U8阶段的体能训练多采用游戏的形式开展,该阶段的队员是灵敏素质发展敏感期,可以多采用不同的灵敏素质练习方法发展队员的灵敏素质和反应能力;U9-U10阶段在训练期间教练员要培养队员形成正确的跑、跳动作,发展身体动作的柔韧性、灵敏性、协调性和平衡能力,注意抓好柔韧协调和平衡素质敏感期的训练;U10-U11阶段运动员身体素质具备更好的平衡和协调能力,也是发展速度素质的重要阶段。5少年足球体能训练发展趋势:体能训练更加科学化,体能训练符合足球项目特点及规律。少年足球体能训练,要遵循少年足球运动员的身体生长发育特点。体能训练要从实战出发,重视心理训练和恢复训练,体能训练更加个性化。
[Abstract]:In April 2009, the State General Administration of physical Education and the Ministry of Education jointly issued the notice on the Development of National Youth Campus Football, and called on the National University and Middle School to carry out campus football activities. In order to further promote the development of football, in December 2012, the Department of Education of Henan Province, the Provincial Sports Bureau, Issued the circular on organizing and developing the provincial pilot work of juvenile campus football in Henan province, and decided to carry out the pilot work of campus football in Zhengzhou and other places. In 2015, the General Office of the State Council on the issue of football reform and development was issued in the General Office of the State Council. Notice of Sports Program [2015] 11, the State Office pointed out that the function of educating people in football should be brought into play. Promote the popularization of campus football, promote the development of cultural learning and football skills, and promote the training of juvenile football talents. As the basis of all sports, physical fitness is undoubtedly the key to the development of football, and the development of physical fitness should be carried out from an early age. It is of great significance to develop physical fitness training in primary school football. The author believes that in the development of primary school football, football physical training should occupy a certain proportion in the training, because only with good physical ability can better improve the football skills, track and field can effectively develop the speed and strength of the players. Endurance, agility and coordination ability, coaches can combine the characteristics of football events with track and field training methods, follow the law of the growth and development of primary school football players to develop physical fitness, and develop the general physical training of athletes in a comprehensive and coordinated manner. In this paper, the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, comparative analysis, mathematical statistics and track and field sports as the basic role of football physical training as a starting point. The physical fitness training of 11 pilot primary schools in Zhengzhou is studied. The following conclusions are drawn: 1. Some teachers in Zhengzhou primary school pay less attention to the importance of juvenile football physical fitness training. Some schools, such as Zheng Shan Primary School, Agricultural Road Primary School and other traditional football schools, attach importance to the all-round development of physical fitness and skills training in daily football training. In recent years, they have achieved excellent results in the sports. 2 track and field sports as the basis of various sports. Can quickly and effectively develop athletes' basic qualities such as speed, strength, endurance, coordination and agility, so as to enhance athletes' physique so as to acquire sports skills and improve athletes' performance. Training athletes' will quality. 3. Track and field sports can effectively develop physical fitness. However, in football players' physical fitness, the characteristics of sports events, the growth and development of juvenile athletes and other environmental factors should be considered. According to the characteristics of the growth and development of primary school football players, combined with the means and methods of track and field training, the physical training of junior football players in the general physical fitness of stage 4.U7-U8 can be carried out in the form of games. The players in this stage are sensitive quality development sensitive period, we can use different sensitive quality training methods to develop the players' sensitive quality and reaction ability. During the training period, the coaches should train the players to form the correct running and jumping movements. Develop flexibility, agility, coordination and balance ability of body movements, pay attention to the training of flexibility, coordination and balance quality sensitive period. Athletes at U10-U11 stage have better balance and coordination ability. It is also an important stage of developing speed and quality. 5. The development trend of juvenile football physical fitness training is that physical fitness training is more scientific, and physical fitness training conforms to the characteristics and rules of football events. The physical training of juvenile football should follow the characteristics of growth and development of juvenile football players. Physical training should be based on actual combat, pay attention to psychological training and recovery training, physical training more personalized.
