平泉县卧龙镇小学教师队伍结构问题研究

【摘要】:中国现代化的关键在于农村现代化,而农村现代化的关键在于农村教育现代化,农村教育在全面建设小康社会和构建和谐社会主义具有非常重要的作用,因而加强农村小学教师队伍建设,提高农村小学教师的素质成为当前教育的重要任务之一。本文以河北省平泉县的卧龙镇中心小学为个例对农村小学教师结构进行了调查。发现农村小学教师队伍结构存在许多问题,主要表现在农村小学教师年龄结构老龄化严重,性别结构不协调,学历结构不高,拘囿于地缘结构单一导致的普通话水平问题,学科结构不合理,以及职称结构不合理等诸多问题,导致农村小学教师整体素质偏低。在调查问卷的基础上,研究发现,出现这种问题的原因主要在于教师地位的传统观念及教育功利观,还有一些难以避免的乡土观念,当然,这与教育人才的输入输出管理及教育科层管理结构也有着必然的联系。本文从教师队伍的动态管理问题上做了重点分析,通过对相关问题的剖析,提出了相关的应对措施,以改善当前农村小学教师队伍结构不合理的现状,使农村小学教师队伍资源优化配置更加合理。
[Abstract]:The key of China's modernization lies in the modernization of rural areas, and the key of modernization of rural areas lies in the modernization of rural education. Rural education plays a very important role in building a well-off society in an all-round way and building harmonious socialism. Therefore, strengthening the construction of rural primary school teachers and improving the quality of rural primary school teachers has become one of the important tasks of current education. This paper investigates the teacher structure of rural primary school by taking Wolong Town Central Primary School in Pingquan County, Hebei Province as an example. It is found that there are many problems in the structure of rural primary school teachers, such as the aging of the age structure of rural primary school teachers, the disharmony of the gender structure, the low educational background structure, and the problem of Mandarin proficiency caused by the single geographical structure. Many problems such as unreasonable discipline structure and unreasonable professional title structure lead to the low overall quality of rural primary school teachers. On the basis of the questionnaire, the study found that the reasons for this problem mainly lie in the traditional concept of teachers' status and educational utilitarianism, as well as some unavoidable local concepts. Of course, This also has the inevitable relation with the education talented person's input and output management and the education branch layer management structure. Based on the analysis of the dynamic management of the teachers, this paper puts forward some relevant countermeasures to improve the current situation of the irrational structure of the primary school teachers in rural areas. Rural primary school teachers to optimize the allocation of resources more reasonable.
