北京市体育特色小学体操课程实施效果影响因素及对策的研究

【摘要】：为促进义务教育均衡发展,全面落实北京市中长期教育改革和发展纲要(2010-2020),发挥北京市高等学校(艺术、体育类)的办学优势和辐射作用,推动和引导义务教育阶段小学体育和美育工作科学、有效地发展,形成教学体系,培养优秀教育人才。北京体育大学参与小学体育特色发展工作总方案要求,北京体育大学协助北京市海淀、昌平区共5所小学,建立以田径、篮球、排球、足球、武术、体操为基础项目的体育特色课程以及详细的锻炼规则和标准,以及对体育课程进行开发和改进。体操课程作为我国一直以来的传统优势项目,进入校园成为小学特色体育课程之一,由北京体育大学体操教研室师生参与课程内容的设计及实施,本文通过文献资料法、录像分析法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和数理统计法、实践法等对体操课程实施效果及影响因素进行调查分析,并且针对问题提出建设性的对策。主要研究结论如下:北京体育大学参与小学体育特色发展工作,发挥了北京体育大学办学优势和辐射作用,将学校的优质资源输送到学校,特色体操课程作为小学特色发展的重要一部分,大大丰富了体育课和体育教学范畴。体操课作为小学体色体育课程,收到了一定的教学效果反馈。北京体育大学参与的小学体育特色发展工作,在体操教学方面已初见成效:1.小学体操特色发展工作,在教学和训练身体素质方面已初见成效,小学体操课受到了众多小学生的喜欢,在学生之间也起到了很好的交流作用,体操教师按照教学及考试任务,圆满完成了教研室下达的教学任务,积累了丰富的体操教学经验。2.在体操教学过程中影响教学效果的因素主要集中在教学内容的选择、设计与安排上不合理,教师缺少教学经验,场地器械配备不足。3.针对教学中出现的问题,提出以下对策:首先,扩大体操教学内容选择范围,选择适宜难度动作,并根据各学校实际情况合理设计教学计划。其次,教师教学方面,提高体操教师的教学水平。再次、完善教学管理体系,尽快配备器材。最后,提高体操课的主导地位,提高学校的关注程度。
