北京市体育特色小学体操课程实施效果影响因素及对策的研究

【摘要】:为促进义务教育均衡发展,全面落实北京市中长期教育改革和发展纲要(2010-2020),发挥北京市高等学校(艺术、体育类)的办学优势和辐射作用,推动和引导义务教育阶段小学体育和美育工作科学、有效地发展,形成教学体系,培养优秀教育人才。北京体育大学参与小学体育特色发展工作总方案要求,北京体育大学协助北京市海淀、昌平区共5所小学,建立以田径、篮球、排球、足球、武术、体操为基础项目的体育特色课程以及详细的锻炼规则和标准,以及对体育课程进行开发和改进。体操课程作为我国一直以来的传统优势项目,进入校园成为小学特色体育课程之一,由北京体育大学体操教研室师生参与课程内容的设计及实施,本文通过文献资料法、录像分析法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和数理统计法、实践法等对体操课程实施效果及影响因素进行调查分析,并且针对问题提出建设性的对策。主要研究结论如下:北京体育大学参与小学体育特色发展工作,发挥了北京体育大学办学优势和辐射作用,将学校的优质资源输送到学校,特色体操课程作为小学特色发展的重要一部分,大大丰富了体育课和体育教学范畴。体操课作为小学体色体育课程,收到了一定的教学效果反馈。北京体育大学参与的小学体育特色发展工作,在体操教学方面已初见成效:1.小学体操特色发展工作,在教学和训练身体素质方面已初见成效,小学体操课受到了众多小学生的喜欢,在学生之间也起到了很好的交流作用,体操教师按照教学及考试任务,圆满完成了教研室下达的教学任务,积累了丰富的体操教学经验。2.在体操教学过程中影响教学效果的因素主要集中在教学内容的选择、设计与安排上不合理,教师缺少教学经验,场地器械配备不足。3.针对教学中出现的问题,提出以下对策:首先,扩大体操教学内容选择范围,选择适宜难度动作,并根据各学校实际情况合理设计教学计划。其次,教师教学方面,提高体操教师的教学水平。再次、完善教学管理体系,尽快配备器材。最后,提高体操课的主导地位,提高学校的关注程度。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the balanced development of compulsory education, we should fully implement the programme for the reform and development of middle and long term education in Beijing (2010-2020), give full play to the advantages and radiation of schools in Beijing (art, sports), promote and guide the science of physical education and aesthetic education in the compulsory education stage, develop effectively, form a teaching system and cultivate excellent education.
