河南省农村小学全科教师体育学科能力培养研究

【摘要】:2015年河南省教育厅启动实施为农村小学免费定向培养全科教师。查阅文献资料,对河南省农村小学全科教师体育学科能力内涵进行界定:河南省农村小学全科教师体育学科能力是指进行河南省农村小学全科教师工作所需要体育层面的心理及生理能力,河南省农村小学全科教师体育学科能力培养是指河南省具备相应资质的机构对全科教师掌握体育基本知识和技能、学科知识和能力结构合理、能完成小学阶段高质量体育工作所进行的教育实践过程。政府部门政策的制定、农村小学教育现状、小学教育特点及全科教师发展要求共同决定了河南省农村小学全科教师体育学科能力培养的必要性与迫切性。通过田野调查、问卷调查等了解到河南省农村小学全科教师体育学科能力培养主体基础不容乐观,表现在全科教师体育基础水平不突出、定向农村小学体育发展缺失、职前培养阶段政策执行力度不够、全科教师体育学科能力培养针对性不强。将调查结果与理论基础相结合进行分析,并通过专家与一线教师评定,最终确定了河南省农村小学全科教师体育学科能力内容,具体包括农村小学学校体育教学能力、服务农村体育发展能力、终身体育能力、体育学科创新发展能力、体育德育能力等,并对各能力进行指标评分与分析。查阅文献资料,理清河南省农村小学全科教师体育学科能力培养理论基础,在理论基础上针对河南省农村小学全科教师体育学科能力培养基础实况,提出了河南省农村小学全科教师体育学科能力培养的相关路径:1.全科教师体育学科能力培养物质基础建设:充分利用现有硬件资源,通过引进人才、外派学习等多种方式壮大全科教师体育学科能力培养师资力量;通过针对性的项目技能课堂培养、开设体育专项选修课、体育学科能力培养作业化、体育社团活动课程化完善河南省农村小学全科教师体育学科能力职前培养课程体系;通过培养环节系统化、培养管理系统建设、培养主体一体化等措施完善全科教师培养系统。2.全科教师体育学科能力培养行为干预:各培养主体树立全科教师体育学科能力培养行为自信;职前培养阶段将终身体育行为植入学生个人校园生活;建立教师行为文化影响机制。3.全科教师体育学科能力培养精神导向:开设专项体育精神理论教学;引导全科教师进行体育精神体验与实践;实施高校教师体育精神熏陶措施。4.全科教师体育学科能力培养制度保障:全科教师体育学科能力培养责任化;注重制度建设的有效性与执行的自觉性;建立发展性、全面性的评价制度;建立道德管理制度。
[Abstract]:In 2015, Henan Provincial Education Department launched the free orientation training for rural primary schools. Access to literature, The connotation of physical education ability of rural primary school teachers in Henan province is defined: the ability of physical education of rural primary school teachers in Henan Province is the psychological and physiological ability of physical education required for the work of rural primary school teachers in Henan Province. The cultivation of PE ability of rural primary school teachers in Henan Province means that the institutions with corresponding qualifications have the basic knowledge and skills of physical education, and the structure of subject knowledge and ability is reasonable. To complete the process of high-quality physical education in primary school. The formulation of government policies, the current situation of primary education in rural areas, the characteristics of primary education and the requirements for the development of general subject teachers determine the necessity and urgency of cultivating the ability of physical education of rural primary school teachers in Henan Province. Through field investigation, questionnaire and so on, it is found that the main body foundation of physical education ability training for rural primary school teachers in Henan Province is not optimistic, which is manifested in that the basic level of physical education of general subject teachers is not outstanding, and the physical education development of targeted rural primary schools is lacking. The policy implementation in pre-service training stage is not enough, and the training of PE ability of general-subject teachers is not targeted. Combining the investigation results with the theoretical basis, and through experts and first-line teachers' evaluation, the content of physical education ability of rural primary school teachers in Henan Province is finally determined, including the physical education teaching ability of rural primary schools. It serves the rural sports development ability, lifelong sports ability, the sports discipline innovation development ability, the sports moral education ability and so on, and carries on the index score and the analysis to each ability. Referring to the literature, this paper clarifies the theoretical basis for the cultivation of physical education ability of rural primary school teachers in Henan Province. On the basis of the theory, it aims at the actual situation of the cultivation of physical education ability of rural primary school teachers in Henan Province. This paper puts forward the relevant path of cultivating the ability of physical education for rural primary school teachers in Henan province: 1. 1. The physical foundation construction of physical education ability of general education teachers: make full use of the existing hardware resources, and strengthen the ability of teachers in physical education by introducing talents and studying abroad; Through the targeted project skills classroom training, set up the sports special elective course, the physical education discipline ability training homework, the sports association activity curriculum consummates the Henan Province countryside elementary school general course teacher physical education discipline ability pre-service training curriculum system; Through the systematization of training links, the construction of training management system, the integration of training subjects and other measures to improve the training system of general knowledge teachers. 2. The training behavior intervention of PE subject ability of general subject teacher: each training subject sets up the self-confidence of training ability of general science teacher physical education subject ability training behavior is implanted into students' personal campus life in the stage of pre-service training; Establish the influence mechanism of teacher's behavior culture. The main contents of this paper are as follows: setting up special theory teaching of physical education spirit, guiding general course teachers to experience and practice sports spirit, and carrying out the cultivation measures of physical education spirit of college teachers. 4. The institutional guarantee for the cultivation of the ability of the physical education discipline of the general education teachers: the responsibility for the cultivation of the ability of the general subject of physical education; the attention to the effectiveness of the system construction and the consciousness of implementation; the establishment of a developmental and comprehensive evaluation system; and the establishment of a moral management system.
