小垫子在小学足球教学基本技术动作中的巧用

【摘要】：正随着全国校园足球的普遍开展,学校越来越重视足球运动。足球的基本技术包括运球、传球、射门等组合动作,如果教师按照传统的教学模式讲解示范,学生模仿练习,对学生来说兴趣不大,练习积极性也不高。本文利用小垫子体积小、柔软性大等特点,将小垫子进行平放、折叠、人字形竖立等摆放,设计多种多样的练习方法,增加枯燥的足球技术练习的趣味性,学生就会容易接受。这不仅能让学生在玩中练、练中玩,不知不觉地掌握
[Abstract]:With the development of national campus football, schools pay more and more attention to football. The basic techniques of football include dribbling, passing, shooting and so on. If the teacher interprets the demonstration according to the traditional teaching mode, the students imitate the practice, so they have little interest and not high enthusiasm for practice. In this paper, the small cushion is made use of the characteristics of small size, large softness and so on. The small cushion is placed flat, folded, herringbone vertical and so on, and various kinds of practice methods are designed to increase the interest of the boring football technique practice, and the students will easily accept it.
