微传播环境下小学家校协同教育现状及优化策略研究
[Abstract]:Home-school collaborative education is based on the theory of synergetic learning, which mobilizes the cooperation between the school education system and the family education system in the three major educational systems, and guides, supervises, assists and melts each other through a certain collaborative education platform. An educational method in which the resultant force of education plays a beneficial role in the development of students. Therefore, a good home-school cooperative education not only needs parents and teachers to cooperate with each other, but also needs to mobilize the platform according to the characteristics of the times to assist the cooperation between home and school. In the 21st century, the popularization of individualized mass media makes microcommunication come into people's life gradually, and brings a new operating environment for home-school cooperative education. In order to explore the current situation of primary school home-school cooperative education in micro-communication environment, this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of primary school cooperation education in micro-communication environment, based on the analysis of the causes of the problem. Some feasible suggestions on how to implement cooperative primary school education in microcommunication environment are put forward. This research is mainly divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction part, the origin of the topic, significance, research status, theoretical basis and related concepts are expounded. The second part is the analysis of the current situation of primary school home-school cooperative education in micro-communication environment. Based on the results of questionnaire and interviews, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the current situation of primary school home-school cooperative education in micro-communication environment. In the third part, the author collates the advantages and disadvantages in the implementation of cooperative primary school education under the microcommunication environment, and analyzes the causes of the problems. In the fourth part, the author puts forward the optimization strategy of implementing home-school cooperation education in micro-communication environment. It is found that microcommunication in home-school cooperative education will enhance the immediacy of communication, make the limitation of time and space become smaller, and be more widely accepted than the traditional home-school coordination, and the content of home-school coordination can be more comprehensive. At present, the main problems are the lack of time for parents and teachers to carry out home-school cooperative education, the lack of effective communication between home and school cooperative education, the single use of microcommunication, and the lack of good development and application of microcommunication in schools. The main reasons are parents, teachers and schools, involving subjective and objective reasons. According to the above problems and causes, combined with the actual situation, this paper puts forward the optimization strategy from the perspectives of schools, teachers and parents, so as to provide suggestions for primary school teachers and parents to cooperate with each other at home and school.
