求原教育:点亮儿童的核心素养——求原教育文化的理性思考和实践追求

【摘要】：求原教育,是回归儿童本原的教育,是回归知识本原的教育,是回归以儿童发展为本的教育。常州市新北区三井实验小学在打造求原教育文化的过程中,提出了"回归教育本原,培养求原人格"的办学理念,做求原教师,育求原学生,全面提升教育教学质量,在环境文化、管理文化、课程文化、德育文化、评价文化等方面进行了不断的实践探索。

In the aspects of environmental culture, management culture, curriculum culture, moral education culture, evaluation culture and so on, has carried on the unceasing practice exploration.
