求原教育:点亮儿童的核心素养——求原教育文化的理性思考和实践追求

【摘要】:求原教育,是回归儿童本原的教育,是回归知识本原的教育,是回归以儿童发展为本的教育。常州市新北区三井实验小学在打造求原教育文化的过程中,提出了"回归教育本原,培养求原人格"的办学理念,做求原教师,育求原学生,全面提升教育教学质量,在环境文化、管理文化、课程文化、德育文化、评价文化等方面进行了不断的实践探索。
[Abstract]:Seeking the original education is the return of the education of children, the return of the education of knowledge, and the return of the education based on the development of children. In the course of creating the original education culture, Sanjing Experimental Primary School in Xinbei District of Changzhou puts forward the idea of "returning to the original educational origin and cultivating the original personality", which is to be the original teacher, to educate the original students, and to improve the quality of education and teaching in an all-round way. In the aspects of environmental culture, management culture, curriculum culture, moral education culture, evaluation culture and so on, has carried on the unceasing practice exploration.
