呼和浩特市锡林南路小学音乐教育现状调查及对策研究

【摘要】:在当代社会,随着素质教育的不断提高,以及学校教育改革的不断加强,艺术教育已经受到国家、社会、学校、家庭的重视。但是,在取得进步的同时,我们也必须清楚的知道,我国的音乐教育还处于发展阶段,仍然存在很多问题需要解决。例如,发展不平衡地区的教育事业,音乐办学、教学都处于相对落后的局势等。这些问题都等待着我们国家政府、教育行政部门、学校领导以及各个教师共同努力去解决。本文主要从四个部分对锡林南路小学的音乐教育现状进行分析研究:第一部分是介绍呼和浩特市中小学音乐教育的概况,从两个方面进行阐述,理清锡林南路小学所处的背景环境以及所在地区的音乐教育发展概况;第二部分是分别从学校、教师和学生三个方面对锡林南路小学的音乐教育现状展开调查。调查的形式以发放调查问卷、师生访问等形式为主,了解锡林南路小学音乐教育教学的整体情况;第三部分是通过对锡林南路小学的调查做出数据统计与分析,总结出该小学音乐教育中存在的问题,以前一章节调查的三个方面(学校、教师、学生)总结各个方面在音乐教育中所存在的问题;第四部分是通过对锡林南路小学的调查研究中发现的问题,提出相应的解决措施。主要包括四个方面,更换旧的教学理念、加强师资队伍的培养建设工作、提高音乐教学的设施设备水平、发挥音乐教师的主导作用。本文通过对呼和浩特市锡林南路小学的音乐教育现状的研究,采用调查问卷、访问教师以及学校领导、实地考察、观察等方法,全方面深入调查,对音乐教师的专业技能与素质修养、学校开设音乐课情况、基础设施、教学管理、课外活动等方面进行调查,了解呼和浩特市锡林南路小学音乐课的实际情况;并通过数据整理、统计,分析出呼和浩特市锡林南路小学音乐课中存在的问题以及原因,从而探索出一些适合本校音乐教育发展的对策。笔者认为,问题的存在,是一种考验,等待我们学校领导和师生的共同努力去解决,未来的发展道路仍然是开阔而明朗的,从教学理念到教育方法都有待进一步去完善。此次课题研究将对呼和浩特市锡林南路小学的音乐教育教学工作有一定的指导意义,并有望促进本校音乐教育事业继续向前迈进一个崭新的台阶。虽然,在当前的相关研究文献中,对于各个地区乃至全国中小学音乐教育现状的研究调查课题不在少数,也有相当一部分研究课题对于中小学音乐教育中存在的问题提出了科学而又正确的解决对策。但是,对于特定的地区、学校——呼和浩特市锡林南路小学的发展对策,并没有明确地文献参考。可见,本文的研究内容,正是针对特定的学校乃至全市的中小学音乐教育现状提供了可参考的研究策略。这不仅解决了锡林南路小学的音乐教育中存在的问题,也解决了全市中小学对于音乐教育工作中存在的困惑,为我市各个中小学提供了可参考的意见和建议,对推动我市中小学音乐教育工作迈向一个崭新的道路有着重要的意义。
[Abstract]:In contemporary society, with the continuous improvement of quality-oriented education and the continuous strengthening of school education reform, art education has been attached great importance by the state, society, schools and families. For example, education undertakings, music schools and teaching in unbalanced areas are in a relatively backward situation. These problems are waiting for our national government, education administration departments, school leaders and teachers to work together to solve. The first part is to introduce the general situation of music education in primary and secondary schools in Hohhot, and to clarify the background environment and the development of music education in Xilin South Road Primary School from two aspects. The second part is to investigate the current situation of music education in Xilin South Road Primary School from three aspects: school, teachers and students. The form of the investigation is mainly in the form of sending out questionnaires and visiting teachers and students to understand the overall situation of music education and teaching in Xilin South Road Primary School; the third part is through the investigation of Xilin South Road Primary School to make data statistics and analysis, summed up the existing problems in music education in this primary school, three aspects of the previous chapter investigation (schools, teachers, etc.). Students) Summarize the problems existing in all aspects of music education; the fourth part is through the investigation and study of Xilin South Road Primary School, and put forward the corresponding solutions. Through the research on the present situation of music education in Xilin South Road Primary School in Hohhot, this paper makes a thorough investigation on all aspects by means of questionnaires, interviews with teachers and school leaders, on-the-spot investigation and observation, and makes a thorough investigation on the professional skills and qualities of music teachers, the situation of music courses offered in schools, and the infrastructure. Through the investigation of teaching management and extracurricular activities, the author understands the actual situation of music lessons in Xilin South Road Primary School of Hohhot City, and through data collation and statistics, analyzes the existing problems and causes of music lessons in Xilin South Road Primary School of Hohhot City, so as to explore some countermeasures suitable for the development of music education in the school. The existence of the problem is a test, waiting for the joint efforts of our school leaders and teachers and students to solve, the future development of the road is still open and clear, from teaching concepts to education methods need to be further improved. Although, in the current relevant research literature, there are not a few research topics on the status quo of music education in primary and secondary schools in various regions and even the whole country, there are also quite a number of research topics for the problems in music education in primary and secondary schools put forward. However, there is no definite literature reference for the development strategy of the school-Xilin South Road Primary School in Hohhot. It can be seen that the research content of this paper is precisely for specific schools and even for the status of primary and secondary school music education in the city to provide a reference research strategy. It solves the problems existing in the music education of Xilin South Road Primary School, and also solves the puzzlement existing in the music education of the whole city's primary and secondary schools. It provides the reference opinions and suggestions for each primary and secondary school in our city. It is of great significance to push the music education work of our city's primary and secondary schools to a brand-new road.
