小学生应具备的法律意识及其培养

【摘要】：加强对青少年的法治教育,设立法治知识课程,这既是党中央提出的要求,也是建设社会主义法治国家的必然要求。只有从青少年时期就注重培养学生的法律意识,才能为法治国家的建设输送具有法律素养的合格公民。由于小学生的抽象思维能力相对较弱,因而,从现实及可行性角度出发,在小学阶段应当侧重培养学生的权利义务意识、规则意识、诚信意识以及自我保护意识。这些意识的养成需要国家、社会、学校以及家庭等联动合作才有可能实现。
[Abstract]:It is not only the request of the Party Central Committee, but also the inevitable requirement of building a socialist country ruled by law to strengthen the education on the rule of law for young people and to set up a course of knowledge on the rule of law. Only when we pay attention to cultivating students' legal consciousness from adolescence can we provide qualified citizens with legal literacy for the construction of a country ruled by law. Due to the relatively weak abstract thinking ability of primary school students, from the point of view of reality and feasibility, we should focus on cultivating students' consciousness of rights and obligations, rules, honesty and self-protection in primary school. It takes state, society, school and family to develop these ideas.
