深圳市宝安区小学足球发展现状及对策的研究

【摘要】：从现代足球的产生至今,一个多世纪的时间,无论兴衰,足球始终被公认为是世界上的第一大体育运动。它独特的魅力和强大的影响力是其他运动所无法企及的,同时足球运动也拥有这世界上最多的球迷人数。随着经济实力的飞速发展,我国已经成为一个体育强国,在很多国际赛事中都取得了优异的成绩,但单单的从足球水平来看,进步缓慢,我们仍处于落后阶段。致使一项运动发展缓慢的因素是多方面的,但是影响我国足球发展的因素主要是参与足球运动的人数和我们的梯队建设。三年前的一次足协关于青少年足球工作会议上,我国的足球运动员注册人数被公布出来,三万多人。这个数字相对于我们邻国日本的50多万,差距显而易见。其实,我国很早就开始提倡校园足球,足球从娃娃抓起,但是目前的情况仍然不是很好,从政策、组织力度、场地设施、思想贯彻到实际开展,全国上下也只有为数不多的几个城市能够组织起成规模的学生联赛,而更多的省、市、地区仍然处于观望、设想的状态,空有计划,没有实施。要从根本上解决这些问题,我们就要从主观意识上了解足球运动的好处,足球运动可以辅助学习,缓解学生的学习压力,强化学生体质,培养学生意志品质,在此基础上,真正的打好底层基础,增加我们可选材的人员基数,然后逐层提高,选拔更多的优秀足球运动员,为我国足球队提供能源人才,从而真正达到我们振兴足球运动的目的。本研究通过访谈、问卷调查、统计等方法,对宝安区小学校足球运动的开展情况,从几个方面入手进行调查,从根本上找出存在的问题,进行分析和总结,并针对所存在的不同的问题,提出有效建议。得出研究结论如下:1、宝安区小学生参与足球运动的人数得到认可,参与人数较多。但是真实的运动时间并没有得到保证,而且活动的频率和密度比较低。2、只有少部分小学校场地设施配备比较完善,能够达到正常足球教学、训练要求,大部分学校因为场地、设施和经费等问题,阻碍了校园足球运动的开展。3、小学体育教师中专业足球人才较少,不能够满足整体小学足球运动发展需要,且理论和科研能力较差。4、大多数家长能够意识到足球运动为孩子带来的益处,但过分看重学习成绩,阻碍了其支持孩子参与足球运动的积极性。5、政府与相关管理部门缺少有效的政策扶持,没有落实长期计划,阻碍了校园足球的发展。
[Abstract]:From the emergence of modern football to now, for more than a century, regardless of rise and fall, football has always been recognized as the largest sport in the world. Its unique charm and powerful influence are beyond the reach of other sports, and football has the largest number of fans in the world. With the rapid development of economic strength, China has become a sports power, in many international events have achieved excellent results, but only from the level of football, the progress is slow, we are still in the backward stage. There are many factors that cause the slow development of a sport, but the factors that affect the development of football in our country are mainly the number of people participating in football and the construction of our echelon. Three years ago, at a meeting of the Football Association on Youth Football, the number of footballers registered in our country was announced, more than 30,000 people. The difference is obvious compared with more than half a million in Japan, our neighbour. In fact, our country began to promote campus football very early, and football started with dolls. But the current situation is still not very good, from policy, organizational strength, site facilities, ideas to practical development. Only a handful of cities across the country are able to organize student leagues on a large scale, while more provinces, cities, and regions are still on the sidelines, imagining, planning, and not implementing. In order to solve these problems fundamentally, we must understand the benefits of football from the subjective consciousness. Football can help students to learn, ease the pressure of learning, strengthen students' physique, and cultivate the quality of students' will. On this basis, We should lay a good foundation for the bottom layer, increase the number of people we can choose, and then raise it layer by layer, select more excellent football players, provide energy talents for our football team, so as to truly achieve the goal of revitalizing our football movement. Through the methods of interview, questionnaire, statistics and so on, this study investigates the development of soccer in Baoan Primary School from several aspects, finds out the existing problems, and analyzes and summarizes them. And in view of the existence of different problems, put forward effective suggestions. The conclusions are as follows: 1: 1. The number of pupils in Baoan District is recognized and the number of students participating in football is higher. However, the real sports time is not guaranteed, and the frequency and density of the activities are relatively low. Only a small number of primary schools are equipped with relatively perfect facilities, which can meet the normal football teaching and training requirements. The problems of facilities and funds have hindered the development of school football. 3. There are fewer professional football talents among the PE teachers in primary schools, and they cannot meet the needs of the development of football in primary schools as a whole. And with poor theoretical and scientific skills, most parents are aware of the benefits that football brings to their children, but place too much emphasis on academic achievement. It hinders its enthusiasm to support children to participate in football, the lack of effective policy support from the government and relevant management departments, and the lack of long-term plans, which hinders the development of school football.
